HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is a virus that attacks
cells that help the body fight infection, making a person more
vulnerable to other infections and diseases.

CT thorax : B / L bronchiectasis and features of infective bronchiolitis .
B / L hilar and mediastinal lymphadenopathy

■ Recurrent respiratory infections:1 12 years
