THREE MAIN MEALS IN A
DAY
We have three main meals a day:
1)BREAKFAST.
You have breakfast in the morning after you get up in the morning.
It’s very important to have a breakfast rich in carbohydrates and dairy products.
What do you have for breakfast?
2) LUNCH
You have lunch at two o’clock when you arrive home.
It’s very important to have fruit, vegetables and proteins in your lunch.
What’s your favourite lunch?
We have three main meals a day:

3) DINNER
You have dinner at night.
Don’t overeat during dinner time. You could have a bad night!
When do you have dinner?
What happens between meals?
Between these three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) we have two snacks:
At eleven o’clock you have a snack in the playground or in the canteen.

In the afternoon, we have a snack. It usually takes place at five o’clock.

SNACK TIME!
It’s very important to don’t eat sugary food
during snack time!

Balanced diet
Having a balanced diet means we have to eat a variety of healthy food.
