This document provides conceptual design tools for a learning intervention to improve financial planning skills through a game app and advisor session. It includes an overview of the intervention, which uses interactive tips and a financial quiz on the app followed by reflective feedback, as well as profiles of the pedagogy, tasks, dimensions, and learning outcomes to map the structure and flow of the learning experience. The intervention is designed to take 25 minutes to complete on the app and 20 additional minutes with a face-to-face advisor session.
