The camera, camera stand, gopros x3,
campbeds x4, steel containersx4, torches,
cooking utensils. All membersof the group
will be presentand so will the actors. The
camera equipmentwill onlybe usedby the
group membersand we have full permission
by the scoutingorganisation.
What are the potential hazards associated
with the location? There are no major hazards associated with
this area, with the exception of on of the
participants falling over with equipment
Is there water at the location(pond, swimming
pool,waterfall)?How will this be plannedfor?
There are no water risks associated with this
area as we will be filming inside, we may
decide to do some filming outside for
establishing shots, there is a chance of rain to
avoid this we will either wait for the rain to
stop or if this is not possible we will have an
umbrella to protect said equipment
What are the risks associatedwith the general
public?How will these be dealt with?
There are no risks associated with the public
as we are filming on a location off of the main
road and away from public footpaths
How will the equipmentbe stored duringthe
shoot?
The equipmentwill be storedat one of the
membershouses,and will be transported to
the shootinglocation on the day, it will be
charged overnightif needbe
How will the equipmentbe stored afterthe
shoot/overnight?
One of the group members will take
possession of it overnight at their home,
where it will be kept safe and charged for the
next group
