The Experience
Kaya Skin Clinic is a sister concern of Marico Group. They expertise in skin treatment specially. The customer care executive (CCE)
is the front face of their clinic. They always look for a smart female candidate whose own skin is pretty clear and fair.
I called approximately 700 candidates for this opening in Hyderabad and Bangalore and some in Mumbai as well. There were very
few candidates who fulfilled all the criteria. Some major issues present were:
ļ‚· Not ready for going to Mumbai for training
ļ‚· There were many Christian candidates who were not comfortable to work on Sundays.
ļ‚· Skin issue
ļ‚· Many of the candidates were not graduates as well and this point couldn’t get noticed because they didn’t mention in the
resume.
ļ‚· A lot of calls were unanswered as many of them were working in retail sector hence sometimes they were not able to receive
the calls during working hours
Out of 700 candidates only 10 finally went for the interview and the process is still on.

Issues Faced During The Internship
Price sensitive market of Vidarbha.
Team new to Vidarbha region hence found it difficult to find potential clients.
Filling up the vacancies not an easy task during the small span of offer.
People reluctant to pay for the hiring because of lack of awareness of complexity in good hiring process.
Lesser salary offered hence candidates are also reluctant to join.
No replacement clause creates a doubt in the minds of clients that what if the candidate leaves the organization very early.
Time period was too small to fulfill the positions.
Screening process was not done but just helped in the process in the later part of the internship.
25 positions in 15 days were very hectic to handle.
Resumes were not updated of the candidates hence sometimes created problem to know their current status.
There were many unanswered calls.

This offer period can be converted into a career fair of 2-3 days in which Headstart can collaborate with any of the leading

and large space. This can lead to a major branding activity and new business generation as well.
The offer period can be communicated well in advance to the clients so that they can plan accordingly.

Some major issues present were: ļ‚· Not ready for going to Mumbai for training ļ‚· There were many Christian candidates who were not comfortable to work on Sundays. ļ‚· Skin issue ļ‚· Many of the candidates were not graduates as well and this point couldn’t get noticed because they didn’t mention in the resume. ļ‚· A lot of calls were unanswered as many of them were working in retail sector hence sometimes they were not able to receive the calls during working hours Out of 700 candidates only 10 finally went for the interview and the process is still on.

    Issues Faced DuringThe Internship Price sensitive market of Vidarbha. Team new to Vidarbha region hence found it difficult to find potential clients. Filling up the vacancies not an easy task during the small span of offer. People reluctant to pay for the hiring because of lack of awareness of complexity in good hiring process. Lesser salary offered hence candidates are also reluctant to join. No replacement clause creates a doubt in the minds of clients that what if the candidate leaves the organization very early. Time period was too small to fulfill the positions. Screening process was not done but just helped in the process in the later part of the internship. 25 positions in 15 days were very hectic to handle. Resumes were not updated of the candidates hence sometimes created problem to know their current status. There were many unanswered calls.

People hiring in mass can be given discount.
