• Handling Planning & Operation of 5 Steel Processing Center at North Individually.
• Safety: - Drive safety culture (Du-pont Methodology) and ensure safety audits in SPCs. Process mapping and
hazard identification.
• Contract Management: - Monitor KPIs mentioned in SPC contracts and initiate action thereof as per guideline.
Regular audits to ensure that SPCs follow all contractual norms. Make sure that the bills submitted by the SPCs are
correct. Reconciliation of physical stock v/s SAP stock. Co-ordinating with all agencies for dispatch of finished
goods. Take improvement projects related to KPIs affecting the profitability through SPCs.
• Quality: - Quality Assurance system implementation at SPCs. Process control: DM & SPC implementation, On-line
process parameter implementation. Complaint management and CAPA implementation. Driving initiatives for quality
improvement. Ensure product and process quality audit as per plan.
• Production and Despatch: - Ensure RM availability. Monitor production as per plan. Delay analysis and corrective
action for consistency in production. Ensure concurrency of stocks in EPAIS/SAP systems. Ensure stock
reconciliation and audit as per plan. Ensure despatches as per plan. Drive initiatives to improve productivity, yields
and system cost. Manage all inventories as per plan.

project to increase the order of Godrej and Boyce at CRS line.

management.
