Developed Client Services Call Center for The Insurance Authority LLC Agency; resulting in zero
operating expense through client retention. Responsible for overseeing the day to day activities for
480 agents that worked as independent contractors selling various lines of insurance to ensure
compliance policies were met with company standards and the standards of the insurance companies
represented.
Designed, delivered and managed Corporate Global Management Certification Programs for
executives and frontline leader; 1200 associates nationwide – a staple training for the Inspections
business unit linked to standard operating procedures and performance measurements that
impacted bottom line results. Achieved Corporate “Outstanding Leadership Program Award”, and
top industry recognition “Quality Awards”.
As a Professional Training Consultant; customized management leadership training programs for non-
profit organizations: INROADS, Inc. (internship program with Cleveland State University), and Our
Lady of the Wayside (a family services company; over 600 associates in Lorain OH).
Managed the Regional Human Resources/Administration Office; supporting 560 associates at The
Robinsons May Department Stores Inc. Responsible for $16M operating budget, training and staffing.
