I traveled America bringing corporate American sophistication to small businesses (5-10 million 
in top line revenue.) Job was 100% percent travel. Created management systems for: incentive 
programs, disciplinary programs, created management teams, formal lines of communication, 
monitoring systems for supervision. Created employee handbooks as well as minimized 
companies’ risks for litigation from a human capital perspective.Main function was strategy 
consultant. Identified problems internally and externally that were in conflict with strategic planning. 
Would seek solutions and review current strategy. I collected and analyzed data and used statistics to 
interpret results. 
 Changed clients marketing strategy and increased cash flow while simultaneously increasing 
sales by 20% 
 Hired a manager from a regulatory agency for a client to change his rating. This impacted top 
line growth by 30% in the first year 
 Created an incentive program for employees in the production function for a client. Waste cost 
dropped by 15% and efficacy was increased by 20%
