This document outlines a plan to create a healthier burger option by replacing the standard bun and cheese with alternatives that are lower in calories, fat, and carbohydrates. Nutritional information is provided showing that switching to an alternative bun reduces calories by 120, fat by 3g, and carbohydrates by 18g. Alternative cheese lowers calories by 55, fat by 5g, and keeps carbohydrates the same. The total new burger formulation would have 175 fewer calories, 8g less fat, and 18g fewer carbohydrates than the original best selling burger.
