1) General:
• As the project PM is responsible for managing and
administering entire construction contracts, to ensure that
all consultants, contractors, and subcontractors are
performing their duties and services in accordance with their
signed contracts, also to report variances (if any).
• To work closely with HILL internal entire departments and
conducting regular meeting to plan, review, monitor project
parties’ performance against the approved objectives,
targets and policies.
2) Project Management:
• Preparing and updating the Project management Plan.
• Attends all progress meetings, and monitoring the related
action plans
• Monitor design management process, deliverables, including
program milestones.
• Monitor the project submittals, variation requests and site
instructions, and makes suitable decisions to ensure the
budget maintained, and maintains up-to-date register and
