in real estate development and other construction projects; in KSA,
GCC and Middle East. He acquired a broad range of experience,

Detailed responsibilities
1) General:
• As the project PM is responsible for managing and
administering entire construction contracts, to ensure that
all consultants, contractors, and subcontractors are
performing their duties and services in accordance with their
signed contracts, also to report variances (if any).
• To work closely with HILL internal entire departments and
conducting regular meeting to plan, review, monitor project
parties’ performance against the approved objectives,
targets and policies.
2) Project Management:
• Preparing and updating the Project management Plan.
• Attends all progress meetings, and monitoring the related
action plans
• Monitor design management process, deliverables, including
program milestones.
• Monitor the project submittals, variation requests and site
instructions, and makes suitable decisions to ensure the
budget maintained, and maintains up-to-date register and
no overdue actions.
• Monitors daily site activities, through the supervision
consultant periodic reports.
• Oversee the major Remedial actions proposed by
Contractors and related consultant approvals.
• Advises the Client for any deficiencies, potential claims,
variation orders, and issue related recommendations.
• Ensures proper Project handing over of completed projects
to JODC.
• Oversees the timely submittal of all project materials,
especially, long lead items and those require the senior
management approval.
• Monitors construction schedule, and makes
recommendations for any slippage.
• Monitors snag lists prepared by consultants at take over,
and advises acceptance / rejection to completion.
• Manages budgets and cash flow.
• Prioritizes and plans team's effort and tasks to ensure they
completed within set deadlines.
• Providing comprehensive monthly and weekly reports, plus

any other reports requested by the client
3) Consultants/Contractors Management:
• Monitors and manages the performance and compliance of
the consultants / contractors, according to their scope of
services and contractual obligations.
• Review consultant progress reports against the approved
baseline schedule.
• Checks and ensures the completeness of any progress
payment claims by the consultants and the contractors.
• Reviews / comments on the consultant / contractors’
reports.
• Manages the tender process of provisional sum packages
together with consultants and ensures timely award of
contracts.
• Manage and monitor recommendation/assessment of
Extension Time claims by contractors.
• Ensuring compliance of the project parties with the
approved Quality / HSE Assurance policies and procedures.
4) Authorities:
• Follows-up with the concerned authorities, consultants and
contractors, to ensure that all NOCs and permit approvals
obtained in timely manner.
5) Team Management:
• Monitors the performance for the PMC project team, and
issues directives, as required, to ensure satisfactory
performance.
• Delegates the necessary authorities via the approved
authority /delegation matrix.
