company target metrics (Costs, Safety, Quality, Target Dates).
Successfully helmed as Start-Up Leader for the DFM Tank Replacement Project (10 Tonne & 6 Tonne

Startup leader for the Well Water Project; which involved Engineering Design, construction, Team
Charter, Turn Over Package (TOP) and start up phase while complying with government and
