Tanzanian coffee is known for its unique single-bean structure from each coffee cherry, unlike most coffees which produce two halves per cherry. This coffee is grown up to 6200 feet on the slopes of Mount Kilamanjaro in the Moshi district. Due to its unique single-bean structure, the coffee has a light to medium body, good acidity, pungent aroma, and a soft, slightly sweet finish.
