• Substitute of Cotton Bags is Cloth Bags mainly. Others bags are Jute
Bags and Paper Bags.
• Most of the retailers use cloth bags as it is price low and affordable for
everyone.
• Customers want only one time use carry bags.
• High end customers want premium quality of bags and they can pay any
price to purchase cotton bags to keep the environment safe for the future.
• Most of the customers need only normal quality of carry bags as
compared to premium quality bags.
• Retailers think that the cotton bags are environment friendly and are of
high quality.

• More incentive and offers should be given to retailers to create morale

• Company has to take the proper brand name of M.S.Ramiah group, as this
name is very popular in the whole Bangalore.

• Make the competitor analysis and market research for cotton bags.
• Sales has increased from all channels.
• Liquor Stores also become the customers of the company.
• Gave the idea to display the designer carry bags in the supermarkets and
company start generating revenues from it. (as our competitors were doing)
