The document summarizes the results of a survey of students aged 4-7 at the 11th Primary School of Haidari, Greece in October 2015. It finds that the students generally feel positively about themselves and their relationships, enjoying activities like sports, being outside, and spending time with family. However, many rely on cars for transportation rather than walking or cycling. They also have high daily consumption of fruits and vegetables but some use screens in their bedrooms close to bedtime. Overall, the students appear happy and energetic in their daily lives, though greater active transportation and reduced screen time could further benefit them.

32. CHILDREN AGED 4-7
In the age group of 4-7 we find children with friends , feeling loved, cooperative, sharing
their toys and laugh a lot. They are capable of talking about their feelings and feel
appreciated by their friends. They believe they are good students and that they possess
skills and talents. At home they have a good time , they like sports and Physical
Education at school. They want to be outside to play, whether in the schoolyard or in a
playground.
Unfortunately the majority of them are transported to school or even to their nearby
activities in a car.
They feel their body strong and they belong to a sports team. They enioy swimming,
cycling and skateboarding.
They eat quite a lot of fruit and vegetables daily and they enjoy it! They drink plenty of
water and usually have their meals with their families.
In the morning they happily wake up to go to school although some of them use a T.V. set,
a P.C. or a tablet in their room before they go to bed..
They have a lot energy and are not tired by their daily activities.
A possible future goal could be more hours to play in the day and less time in the car at
least to and from school.
