Meals & Snacks
How many meals and snacks do you have every day?
Conclusions:

 Boys have more meals than girls!
 Younger students (13 - 14 year old) have

more meals than older students (15year old)
 Most of students ( 52 %) have 3 - 4 or 5
meals every day
 Only three girls (14 -15 year old) have 2
meals every day( 6 %)
Breakfast
How often do you eat breakfast?
Conclusions:

 There no big difference between 13-14 and

15year-olds
 Only 4 girls and 3 boys have their breakfast
rarely
(6 %)
 Boys eat breakfast more often than girls
Fruit & Vegetables
How often do you eat fresh fruit?
How often do you eat fresh or cooked vegetables?
Conclusions:

 Girls eat more fruits and vegetables than

boys!
 There no big difference between 13-14 and
15 year old
 Most students eat fruit ( 69 %) and vegetables
(61 %) once or twice a day
 17% of students eat fruit and 32 % eat
vegetables rarely or never!

Conclusions:

 Boys eat meat more than girls!
 The most of students (61%) eat meat 1-3 times

week
 Girls generally eat fish almost as frequently as
boys
 42% of students eat fish twice a week or more
 58% of students eat fish rarely (less than once a
week)!
 There no big difference between 13-14 and
15year olds
Drinks
How many glasses of water do you drink every day?
Besides water, what else do you usually drink when you're
thirsty?
Conclusions:

 Most of students drinks water 3-4 and

more glasses every day
 There are no one student, who don’t drink
the water every day!
 Most of students like drink fresh juice (
44%)
 23% of students drinks soft drinks
 33% of students like drink tee or juice
drinks
Sweets, Pastries & Desserts
How often do you buy sweets, pastries or desserts?
Which type of sweets, pastries or desserts do you prefer?
Conclusions:

 It is no rather between grls and boys and

their age
 17 % of students eat sweets, pastries or
desserts every day
 10 % of students buy sweets and deserts
very rarely or never

Conclusions:
Only 7% of students are very satisfied

with their eating habits!
30 % of students are not really satisfied
with their eating habits. So they may
consider to change them: to eat more
fish, vegetables and fruits. To eat less
fast food and drink soft drinks!
