 Identifying & finalizing the contractors ensuring quality supply of materials for effective project
development and accountable for bill checking of contractor & workmanship while preparing drawings.
 Following the project from start to finish and make any necessary changes along the way, ensuring that the
procedure is being followed while checking the safety features of the project during the time it is being
completed.
 Providing technical leadership while estimating and evaluating the effort/schedules and managed the team
and its grievances while training them and the fresher on the project architectures with reports & graphs.
 Developing plans for the project to ensure effective management, including the control of site progress,
resolutions of site problems, control of site meetings etc
