 WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Presently working as a Junior Executive in 1950 TPH Coal Handling Plant
O&M, except that also Involved with looking after the operation & maintenance
including OLC (OVER LAND CONVEYOR) which is the largest single belt
conveyor (14.2 km distance) another way of coal receiving from mines at
RELIANCE POWER LIMITED (6 x 660 MW SUMPP) From 11th march 2013 to
till date.
 JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBLITIES:
 Presently assigned in the job of CHP OPERATION & MAINTENANCE in
RELIANCE POWER, “6x660 MW SASAN ULTRA MEGA POWER PROJECT”,
Singrauli, M.P. as a “Junior Executive”.
 Responsible for efficient CHP desk operation.
 Equipment handled Belt Conveyor, Steel Cord Belt, travelling tripper, Stacker
cum Rclaimer(NHI), Pully, Idler, Adjustable Idler, Idler Frame, ILMS, Chute,
Flape Gate, Belt Feeder,Gear Box, Fluid Coupling, HT Motor, LT motor, VFD
etc.
 Responsible for safe & efficient Operation of CHP by quick decision.
 Responsible for Coal Feeding as per Unit Requirement.
 Handle different emergencysin a Coal Handling Plant (CHP).
 Maintaining healthy/dust free work environment through timely running of
Dust Extraction (DE), Dust Suppression (DS) system.
 Coal Yard Management system.
 Monitoring Effective Operation of CHP.

2.  Responsible of complete Man power management in shift operation including
departmental manpower as well as subcontractor Operators.
 Involved in modification in system to increase operational reliability.
 Switch Gear Operation (LT/HT Breaker), for giving isolations & normalization
of equipment.
 Responsible for Housekeeping, Maintaining good housekeeping of equipment
and the surrounding area so that equipment can run smoothly and the person
can check and maintainthe system easily.
 Check the defects & Co-ordination with CHP Maintenance team to ensure high
availability of CHP.
 Checking and maintaining availability of equipment’s through giving timely
notifications and permit to work through SAP for maintenance and insuring
healthinessof system.
 Ability to developand implementation good system for CHP Operation.
 Ability to trained junior employees to established a pipeline for CHP Operation
professional.
 To up keepthe CHP to avoid fire and dust.
 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:
 14.2 km Over land Conveyor (OLC) having capacity of 4500 TPH.
 3 Stacker cum Reclaimer & 6 Coal Yards, each having capacity of 1.25
Lakhs MT.
 26 Transfer Points & 41 Conveyors having capacity of 1950 TPH.
 Direct Coal Feeding from Coal Mines to Bunker through Coal Silo.
 Speed of each of the conveyor is 3.9 m/sec except OLC.
 TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
 Three Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Saroj Mohan Institute
of Technology, W.B. in 2011 with 78.9 % marks.
 Appearing B.tech in Electrical Engineering from Karnatak State Open
University,in 2015.
 EXTRA QUALIFICATION:
 One Year Post Diploma in Thermal Power Plant Engineering from National
Power Training Institute, Durgapur, West Bengal in 2013 with 64 %
marks.

 Passed 10th from W.B.B.S.E in year 2005 with 61.3 % marks.
 Passed 12th from W.B.C.H.S.E in year 2008 with 58 % marks.
