Responsible for the inception of a new company Proclad International Ltd with a small team of
management and employees from Forth tool and Valve, as part of the team the company's rapid
growth, the current UK Proclad group was formed.
Achieved and maintained first time success in attaining ISO 9001:2000 and API Q1 for the
processing of clap pipe work to API 5LD.
In addition to the success of processing corrosion resistant API 5LD pipe work, along with the rest
of the group the cladding and fabrication of spools for sub sea tree building has been a large part
of the future for the UK proclad group.

Specialised in the successful growth of surface corrosion weld cladding in a range of customer
supplied valves and tree blocks, ventured into pipe, fitting and induction bend manufacture where
rapid industry growth was established.

Advanced assembly and testing of valves and pipework, inclusive of cryogenic/nitrogen high and
low temp gas testing. Valve designs include Top Entry, Emergency Shutdown, Subsea
Valves for multi-national oil companies. Working in close liaison with customers
inspection companies third party with certification authorities.

Assembly and test of pipeline ball valves of varying sizes, classes and material grade, in close
liaison with major customers quality representatives.
