Power Project Consultancy Management
• Implementation of the above projects and industries right from the bidding phase to its commercial

supervision during construction, erection and commissioning, field quality, performance testing, quality
assurance and inspection services, for various Power projects.
• Through design engineering/quality assurance wing of the board, ensure all equipment, processes and
operations, are inherently safe, specify and insist necessary safety equipment and tools are available and
used on site.
• Through project evaluation and review techniques monitor and expedite the progress of various power
projects in the state and ensure the project execution ahead of schedule and within budget.
