Working Experience:
In Tata Power: Following are my job experiences as an Operation and Performance Engineer of
500MW multi fuel fired unit at its Trombay, Mumbai plant from Aug 2010 to till date:
• Maintain the unit generation according to load dispatch schedule and availability.
• Starting and Shut down of 1700tph Boiler, 500MW turbine, Pumps, APH, ESP, Fans etc.
• Allocating the job to maintenance department, carrying out Hazard Risk assessment of it.
• Preparing performance reports, PM Records, History Sheets, condition monitoring etc.
• Performance monitoring of Boiler, Heaters, ESP, Motors & Auxiliary Power reduction etc.
• Managing more than 10 people to get optimum desired results, shift schedule management.
• Carry out performance evaluation of my Subordinates/ on job training etc.
• Handling Emergencies such as Blackout, Major Equipment failure etc.
• Manage outage, startups, equipment scheduling, manpower deployments etc. In outages has
done Hydro Test of Boiler, Primary Water, Condenser, Generator air Leak test, its H2
expelling, filling, re-commissioning of Seal oil system, Boiler feed pump, Turbine lube oil
system, Cooling water system etc and Protection checks of Major Auxiliaries.
• Under PGDER evaluated/studied Power Purchase agreement and financial implications of
various heads on deciding tariff to become competitive in the market, and be update with
Power Business in Abroad and India.

In Essar Power: Following are my job experiences as an Electrical Operation and Maintenance
Engineer of 120MWe Cogeneration Unit at its Jamnagar plant from Aug 2008 to Aug 2010:
• Trouble Shooting and Operation of 33KV, 6.6KV and LT 415V MCC.
• Fast& Slow change over, Isolation, Charging of HT, LT Panels, Drives, Transformers etc.
• Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment such as motors etc.
• AC and DC UPS Operation, Battery Bank PM, its Capacity Testing etc.
In Essar Power: Following are my job experiences as an Operations Engineer of 515MW
Combined cycle Unit at its Hazira Plant from July 2007 to Aug 2008:

• Boiler Preservation, its Hydro test, Steam Blowing.
• DM Plant Operation and Chemical Treatment of IDCT, feed water and Boiler Drum.
