2. “BACALAOALPIL-PIL”
“Bacalao al pil-pil” is a traditional food in the
Basque Country. To cook “bacalao al pil-pil” you
need: cod, olive oil, garlic and chilly.
Traditionaly, the “bacalao al pil-pil” is cooked in
a clay dish. You don’t need to put salt to this food
because it tastes really good idue to the chilly and
the garlic.
3. “CHIPIRONESENSUTINTA”
Cuttlefish in its ink it’s a very popular plate in my country (Spain). It
consist of some clean cuttlefish and a sauce made with the ingredients
that you want mixed with the cuttlefish’ ink that gives the black colour
and the cuttlefish taste.
It’s usually complemented with some rice or toasted bread to spread in
it.
It’s a delicious food, at least for me.
4. HAKEINGREENSAUCE
Hake in green sauce with clams
is a Basque plate and the whose main ingredient is
hake. It is a very common recipe in a Spanish
restaurant. It is a good idea to eat whit your family
when its a special day. The plate of hake includes
with it green sauce and some clams. It,s delicious.
