5. they had opened a local in a very bad year, maybe the worst and is not a business that
gives much money,the best thing in my opinion is to have the local rented and not buyed
because of the falling in prices that the covid or the crisis is going to have in the
economical part .
They can take profit if they rent or sell their motorbikes to some residences or people who
is renting or buying in a high quantity.
