Operations
Event Details

Downtown Los Angeles for a presentation by senior leader, Karim
Khan, a personal finance presentation by Merrill Lynch and a

associates discussed strategies for a healthy financial life.
• The following programs were represented at the session: CAAP,
FMAP, GCB, GCB MBA, OMAP, and OMBA.
Event Highlights
• “It was a great experience to learn more about one
of the many facets that make this company run
successfully. Usually, we only get the tip of the
iceberg and are left wondering about all the details
and specifics of a particular job function. Karim’s
presentation allowed for a thorough understanding
of the trade operations business, which will
undoubtedly allow me to do my job better as well. If I
understand what the person to the left and to the
right of me are doing, I can understand my place
that much better. It was a great presentation.” -
Jacob Rivkin, Corporate Audit Analyst Program ’12.
• After the Merrill Lynch presentation, approximately
half of the event attendees set up retirement
accounts or updated retirement contribution
amounts.
