2. Goggle classroom is a platform to simplify creating,
distributing, and grading assignments in a paperless way.
The primary purpose of Google Classroom is to streamline
the process of sharing files between teachers and students.
So few features important for now under goggle classroom
are:
• Learn to create class and send code(Teacher)
• Learn to use code and join class (Student)
• Learn to Add Test Question paper /Assignment(Teacher)
• Learn how to upload the Answer paper(Student)

3. 1. How to create goggle classroom?
(Teacher)

4. STEP - 1 Go to goggle account to access classroom using email id or download classroom
from goggle play store for mobile application

5. STEP – 2 - login using college id provided for online class

6. STEP - 3 Where mail screen appears

Clink on Google apps visible
in your mail account at right
corner of the screen, under
which by scrolling down,
select Class room.

8. STEP - 5 Classroom screen appears, under that Press the + symbol to create
(teacher) or join (student) to the classroom

9. STEP - 6 Once you press + symbol, two options are presented to you either to join
class (if student) or create class (if teacher)

10. STEP - 7 To create class- Press create, after that a confirmation dialogue box
appears, clink in that and continue

11. STEP - 8 Now fill the details to create class like, class name, section, subject and
room number and press create.

A/B/C/D
Bus/stats/BM/Acc/Eng//Eco
201/202/203 etc…

12. STEP - 9 Now the class is created as per our specification given

13. 2. How to invite students to join the class?
(Teacher)

14. STEP - 10 To invite students to class, clink on classroom to display it and copy that

15. STEP - 11 When code is displayed, press right click to copy that.

16. STEP – 12 This copied code of the class can be either sent through whatsapp using
student number or mail using students mail Id
• Mandatory students should have mail Id to access goggle classroom.

17. 3. How students can admit to class using that code?
(Student)

18. STEP – 13
In the same way students need to login through their Gmail a/c and select
goggle classroom and press + button under which further press join class

19. STEP – 14
After pressing join class, a dialogue box appears, for which the details need to
be filled by student by using class code and press join to join class.

20. STEP – 15 After joining, classroom like this is created for student. This is one time
entry for student for class unless teacher remove them.

21. 4. How Teachers can upload Test/Exam question
papers to Goggle class

22. STEP – 16 Firstly Teacher need to create a post as Assignment, only then student can upload
under that.
• In respect class, teacher need to go to menu bar and select (classroom)
• Under that press + create
• In which select ( Assignment)

23. STEP – 17 Under create option, teachers need to select Assignment

24. STEP – 18 After selecting Assignment, the below screen will appear, where teacher need to
fill the details of assignment and press assign.(7steps)

menu bar.

26. 4. How students can upload Test/Exam Answer
papers to Goggle class

bar, and click on it
(example: Business)

28. Once you select the post of specific
subject.
You can find the details of the
Test/Assignment.
You will either find Add in laptop
or
Pull the screen up to find how to
attach your answer paper(mobile)

29. Here click on Add
attachment to upload
the Answer paper.

30. Once you clink on Add
attachment,
This screen will appear to
ask you on, from where to
Upload the answer paper,
which is stored in your
mobile or laptop
Select the suitable option
as per your requirment.

31. Once you select the specification
place in which you have stored
the Answer paper,
This screen of PDF formatted file
will appear.
Note: Students need to well in
advance take the clear picture of
the each Answer paper using
various Scanner options avaliable
in Goggle playstore eg: Adobe
scanner, Cam scanner, Microsoft
office lens, Doc scanner etc..
And Convert the entire scanned
images into a PDF file befor
uploading

32. Once you uploaded it..
It will take time to attach in
the goggle classroom

33. After sufficient time, once it gets
attached to the respective Post.
It show as in this screen
After than kindly press Hand In

34. Finally soon you Hand In your
Scanned Answer paper in PDF form in
the Goggle classroom
It ask you for final Time to press
Submit.

35. The attached Scanned
Answer paper in goggle
classroom shows as
Handed In
