Learning objectives
-To distinguish healthy food vs unhealthy food
- To incorporate healthy habits on their everyday lives.
- To practice the four macro-skills: listening, reading, speaking and writing.
Warm up – 10 minutes
- The teacher will give students their badges with their names.
-The teacher will begin the class checking the attendance and writing the date on the board.
- The teacher will present some flashcards with healthy food and unhealthy food .She will ask them:
Which food group is this? Do you like fats / vegetables/ fruits / cereals?

Activity1: The teacherwill give studentsacopywithdifferentpicturesof healthyandunhealthy
habitsand theywill have todrawa happyface forhealthyhabitsanda sad face for the unhealthy
habits.

- The teacher will pick up the badges and the activities done by the students so as to correct them.

youlike
Activity3: Spotthe healthymenu- CIRCLE whatis wrong (X) and replace it.

LESSON PLAN N°15 Learning objectives -To distinguish healthy food vs unhealthy food - To incorporate healthy habits on their everyday lives. - To practice the four macro-skills: listening, reading, speaking and writing. Warm up – 10 minutes - The teacher will give students their badges with their names. -The teacher will begin the class checking the attendance and writing the date on the board. - The teacher will present some flashcards with healthy food and unhealthy food .She will ask them: Which food group is this? Do you like fats / vegetables/ fruits / cereals? Development Activity1: The teacherwill give studentsacopywithdifferentpicturesof healthyandunhealthy habitsand theywill have todrawa happyface forhealthyhabitsanda sad face for the unhealthy habits. Type of interaction: teacher-student Macro skill: Reading & Writing Timing: 7 minutes Material: copies Activity2: The teacherwill give studentsacopywithdifferentfooditemsandtheywill have to colorthe foodsthatare healthy,crossthe foodsthatare not healthyandcircle whattheylike. Type of interaction: teacher-student Macro skill: Reading Timing: 13 minutes Material: copies Activity3: The teacherwill distribute acopywithtwodifferentmenus(one writtenbyAnita’s mother,andthe other one modifiedbyAnita).
