Mandated & Exclusive search so as to identify the best talent in
the industry for key strategic positions.
Process followed:
– We commission a fresh Search every time we start a new assignment, thereby furnishing an updated market
information on which our clients can base their strategic decisions related to recruitments.
– A comprehensive search process is followed at GAT for successful closure of the mandated assignments with defined
SLA’s. After understanding the client’s requirement, competition mapping is done and key associates in similar
profiles from the market are identified. The whole process ensures confidentiality; time bound efficiency and cost
effectiveness.
– Potential candidates are identified and contacted to assess suitability and availability as well as interest.
– Thorough assessment is done so as to present the best candidates across to close the position.
– Detailed report after the assessment is shared with the client along with the profile of the shortlisted candidates.
– A thorough and exacting reference check is conducted from superiors, peers, subordinates or other relevant
sources.
Commercials- Retained Search:
 Professional Charges for each position: 8.33% of the Annual CTC.
 Payable in 2 Retainers: 40% of the median value of billing while signing up for the position & remainder on joining within
15 days on submission of the invoice.

Contingency Hiring
GAT partners with its clients to identify and recruit the best fit candidates for various positions across
multiple geographies through an experienced domain specialized team.
• Scope of Services:
• Understanding the Job descriptions with multiple parameters
• Sourcing, screening & Interviewing appropriate candidate profiles to meet the business needs.
• Market the competency of the company.
• Based on short listing, co-ordinate interviews with the Company & the candidate.
• Coordinate with Candidates and the Company to close the ‘offers’ and ensure selected candidate’s joining
the Company
• Assessments & Reference checks as necessary.
• Service Charges:
The Service fees for the positions are paid upon the joining of the candidate within 15 days of raising the invoice. For all
the candidates who are hired through GATunder this model, the professional fee would be as follows:

The two modes of service are:
a) Staff Augmentation: Close critical mandates by providing the right resources within the shortest span of time so
as to maximize the opportunity for any business requirement.
GAT works like an extended team and provides its own employees for deployment on client project(s).
b) Contractual Hiring/ Off-Roll Hiring/ Payroll Solutions: GATcan source & retain the best assessed talent on its
own payroll to deliver on client assignments in time & under budget by managing all overheads.
Staffing Solutions
Staffing model:
• We provide staffing solution in which we will share the resource from GAT in our own payroll based on the
requirement. It may be a long term or short term.
One time recruitment model:
• In this business model a one time fee will be charged as a recruitment fee and the resource will be in customer payroll
Consultancy fee model:
• In this business model there will not be any fee obtained from customer, rather the candidates will pay training and
joining fee to GAT

Recruiter Retainer Model
• Dedicated Recruiters available full time for servicing requirements.
• Provisioning of necessary resources as needed to fulfilling the deliveries, commitments, work assigned to
the recruiters. Incl. Job site accesses, Paid LinkedIn accounts, etc.
• Monthly Retainer per recruiter: INR 50,000 – INR 200,000 {Based on requirements}
• No. of Dedicated recruiters: 1- 10 recruiters.
• Flat Fee per Closure of the Annual Fixed CTC of the candidate offered (10%-18% based on position)
• Client to give 2 months of notice before discontinuing the permanent dedicated resource.
• No direct access/poaching of employees by either party till a period of 2 years after the end of the
engagement.
Complete End-to-End Hiring
• Dedicated Teamcatering to Client requirements as per defined work responsibilities, deliverables & results.
Team reporting to a POC in Client.
• Client Vision to give 2 months of notice before discontinuing service.
• Commercials to be discussed based on scope of work & services.

Commercials- Retained Search:  Professional Charges for each position: 8.33% of the Annual CTC.  Payable in 2 Retainers: 40% of the median value of billing while signing up for the position & remainder on joining within 15 days on submission of the invoice. Contingency Hiring GAT partners with its clients to identify and recruit the best fit candidates for various positions across multiple geographies through an experienced domain specialized team. • Scope of Services: • Understanding the Job descriptions with multiple parameters • Sourcing, screening & Interviewing appropriate candidate profiles to meet the business needs. • Market the competency of the company. • Based on short listing, co-ordinate interviews with the Company & the candidate. • Coordinate with Candidates and the Company to close the ‘offers’ and ensure selected candidate’s joining the Company • Assessments & Reference checks as necessary. • Service Charges: The Service fees for the positions are paid upon the joining of the candidate within 15 days of raising the invoice.   • 9. Staffing model: • We provide staffing solution in which we will share the resource from GAT in our own payroll based on the requirement. It may be a long term or short term. One time recruitment model: • In this business model a one time fee will be charged as a recruitment fee and the resource will be in customer payroll Consultancy fee model: • In this business model there will not be any fee obtained from customer, rather the candidates will pay training and joining fee to GAT Resource supply models Staffingmodel One time recruitmentmodel Consultancyfee model

Recruiter Retainer Model Recruiter Retainer Model • Dedicated Recruiters available full time for servicing requirements. • Provisioning of necessary resources as needed to fulfilling the deliveries, commitments, work assigned to the recruiters. Incl. Job site accesses, Paid LinkedIn accounts, etc. • Monthly Retainer per recruiter: INR 50,000 – INR 200,000 {Based on requirements} • No. of Dedicated recruiters: 1- 10 recruiters. • Flat Fee per Closure of the Annual Fixed CTC of the candidate offered (10%-18% based on position) • Client to give 2 months of notice before discontinuing the permanent dedicated resource. • No direct access/poaching of employees by either party till a period of 2 years after the end of the engagement. Complete End-to-End Hiring • Dedicated Teamcatering to Client requirements as per defined work responsibilities, deliverables & results. Team reporting to a POC in Client. • Client Vision to give 2 months of notice before discontinuing service. • Commercials to be discussed based on scope of work & services.
