manufactures Gherkins
(3) Worked in United Breweries Ltd as Junior Engineer Manufacturing for a period of 5 Years
Responsibilities handled so far:
 As a Production Manager compliance to Production and Dispatch Plan as per BP .
 Recruitment of Talented source and developing the capability for better Performance.
 Executing the recruitment project execution and setting up of Green field plant.
 Driven the initiatives of TPM implementation in the plants.
 Building the career development program for DR’s and gearing them for higher responsibilities .
 Making Business plan and annual Budgeting for the plant.
 Achieving the set goals – Worked as a core member in implementing the Centre of Excellence project initiatives and
demonstrating the KPI’s
 Setting the review of KPI’s with the union team members and aligning them for the company vision and making them a part
of KPI’s execution.
 Handling the various budgetary costs of plant like Variable Manufacturing cost, R & M cost in particular. Improving the yield
of RMPM aiding to have control on cost.

 Effectively handled the projects like Line errection and commission of about 7 lines and one Green field plant with all the

. Team represented in the CI and Kaizen competition and won the prize which is conducted by CII TPM club of India.
