MAJORLY ,The Assembled product which the M/S FORZA is bench marked is for the
Various Sheet Metal and Automatic Alu. WHEEL ASSEMBLES .
FORZA Group is a 100% EOU Unit and is manufacturing all the Products to International
specifications as the brand name is M/S INVACARE LTD.

M/s Gruner India Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% E.O.U., situated at Haridwar in the foot hill of Uttarakhand.
This is an INDO- GERMAN JV with 51% German equity and a world known manufacturer of energy
management products, Bistable Polarised Latching Relays for prepaid smart energy meters, Automotive Relays,
Actuators and Solenoids.
Total accountable & responsible for Plant Assemblies Operation and management with P&L responsibility.
Fostering compliance focus attitude in entire unit related transactions and ensuring data driven approach.
Exhibiting leadership and general management skill sets in plant operations.
As the Role of key assembly person, held strategic planning of the operations and have been making reports
to the directors of the organisation in India & Germany.

Cr. The company engaged with Speedometer, Speed sensor and Fuel Units for OEMs.
(CUSTOMERS: -MUL, HSCI, HHML, HMSI, YMI, SMI, KEL and JUL).
JOB PROFILE: -
1. Production Activities: -
• Meet target as per production plan of Manufacturing ( Press shop , Powder Coating
plant ) + Assembly Section and improvement activities in the term of productivity.
• Coordinating internal / external audit and maintaining records.
• To collect the data and analysis’s for the maximum utilization of man machine & material
for better quality.
• Actively Handling / Co-ordination with PPC for Shortages and Production Planning.
• Responsible for the regular preventive maintenance of Pneumatic machine & get calibration of
various gauges used in Assembly Line.
• To provide regular training programs for all operators as per skill matrix.
• To maintain records as per ISO/TS 16949.
• To organize the MOM & quality meeting on Daily Basis
• To take countermeasures against Rejection & help my subordinates in achieving the 100 P.P.M.
• Active Leader of 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circle ,Lean Concept & Poke-Yoke of all task force

• To maintain SPC in assembly Line to control various process.
