This document provides instructions for getting started using the Elluminate online meeting software, including requesting a session, logging in, setting up audio, and using chat functions. Users are directed to submit a support ticket with their contact and session request details. They then log in to Elluminate by clicking the meeting link and entering their name, and verify their audio setup using the audio wizard to select devices and test recording and playback. Additional phone options are available if audio issues persist.

3. Go to https://techinfo.esc.edu/ to Submit a Techinfo Ticket

4. Fill out Contact Information; Choose Detailed Ticket

5. Fill out Ticket, Request Type

6. Complete Form and Proceed to Final Ticket Step

7. Log In to Elluminate

8. Click the Elluminate Link and Then Type Your Name to Log In

9. At the Open Meeting Prompt, Click OK

10. Click Run

11. You Will Enter the Elluminate Room

13. To Check Audio, Go to Tools – Audio – Audio Setup Wizard

14. Select Your Device and then Click OK

15. Hit Play to hear the Recording

16. Next Choose your Microphone

17. Choose Single Talker, then Click Record and Start Talking

18. Press Play to Hear your Recording

19. Your Audio Setup Should Now Be Complete

20. If the Audio Still Does Not Work, Click the Phone Icon and Follow Directions for Using the Phone
