(Deut 24:16) The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither
shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to
death for his own sin.
(Ezek 18:20) The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the
iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the
son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the

(Exod 20:5) Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I

I. Sickness, sorrow

16) I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror,

cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies

17) And I will set my face againstyou, and ye shall be slain before your
enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when

II. Crops (economy)

as iron, and your earth as brass:

III. Crime (rob you)

22) I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your
children, anddestroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your
high ways shall be desolate.
IV. Sword
(Lev 26:23-25) And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but
will walk contraryunto me;
24) Then will I also walk contraryunto you, and will punish you yet seven
times for your sins.
25) And I will bringa sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my
covenant: and when ye are gatheredtogether within your cities, I will send
the pestilence among you; and ye shall be deliveredinto the hand of the
enemy.

ye be in your enemies' land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her

35) As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your
sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
36) And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into
their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf
shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeingfrom a sword; and they shall
fall when none pursueth.
37) And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when
none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.

covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity;
whisperers,
30) Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil
things, disobedient to parents,
31) Withoutunderstanding, covenantbreakers, withoutnatural affection,
implacable, unmerciful:
V. (Rom 1:32) Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which
commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but
have pleasure in them that do them.

17) Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the

(Rom 1:26-27) For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27) And likewise also the men, leavingthe natural use of the woman, burnedin their lust one toward another; men with men workingthat which is unseemly, and receivingin themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. IV. (Rom 1:28-31) And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29) Beingfilled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30) Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31) Withoutunderstanding, covenantbreakers, withoutnatural affection, implacable, unmerciful: V. (Rom 1:32) Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
