junior college students.
• Trainings to Anganwadi workers on Nutrition & health aspects in child developmental
sectors.
• Trainings on Peer education, KP senstization methodologies & strategies,
documentation, about HIV/AIDS, STDs, Sex & Sexuality, its clusters, Syndromic case
management, advocacy with stake holders & Condom negotiation skills with risk
behaviour groups & improving health seeking behaviour, basic AIDS care, CBO
formations with targeted key population groups etc
• In ASHA prog. (HIV/AIDS awareness campaign) facilitated as a resource person and
conducted training classes to 45 members belonged to Rapthadu & surrounding villages
and trained them as village resource persons.
• Several group meetings & small trainings with targetted key population groups
conducted to reduce the risk of STI/HIV/AIDS.
• Trainings to AASHA Workers on HIV/AIDS & PPTCT in Ananthapur district organized under
the supervision of Durgabai Mahila Pragathi Pranganam.
• Act as a resource person to some trainings (Life Skills Education trainings, Family case
management trainings, community volunteers & Counsellors training).
• Trainings given to RDT other department staff on Leadership skills, values, Community
organization and Gender sensitization workshops etc.,

  • 4. • APSACS trainings at VMM, Vijayawada on PPTCT Interventions, Documentation, Communication skills, CMIS trainings – 2006. • FHI trainings at Hyderabad in the year 2007 to 2011 on Life Skills Education, Family Case Management approach, MIS data base training, Safety Net component training, and advocacy with key stake holder’s workshops. • HR Department Trainings at RDT, Ananthapuram Trainings organized: • Conducted Vocational Trainings & Occupational skill building courses to exploited women in Short Stay Home. (Given trgs. to females aged 18 to 35 yrs below) • Trainings to volunteers in forming self help groups. • Facilitated as a resource person to teach family life education classes to high school & junior college students. • Trainings to Anganwadi workers on Nutrition & health aspects in child developmental sectors. • Trainings on Peer education, KP senstization methodologies & strategies, documentation, about HIV/AIDS, STDs, Sex & Sexuality, its clusters, Syndromic case management, advocacy with stake holders & Condom negotiation skills with risk behaviour groups & improving health seeking behaviour, basic AIDS care, CBO formations with targeted key population groups etc • In ASHA prog. (HIV/AIDS awareness campaign) facilitated as a resource person and conducted training classes to 45 members belonged to Rapthadu & surrounding villages and trained them as village resource persons. • Several group meetings & small trainings with targetted key population groups conducted to reduce the risk of STI/HIV/AIDS. • Trainings to AASHA Workers on HIV/AIDS & PPTCT in Ananthapur district organized under the supervision of Durgabai Mahila Pragathi Pranganam. • Act as a resource person to some trainings (Life Skills Education trainings, Family case management trainings, community volunteers & Counsellors training). • Trainings given to RDT other department staff on Leadership skills, values, Community organization and Gender sensitization workshops etc.,
