Experience:
1. NGOs Experience:
• Served as a field organisor in “Rural Institute of Social Education (RISE) at
Puttur in Chittoor dist. from June 1997 to May 1998 with Schedule Tribe and
Schedule Caste. Motivated the parents identified out of school children and
mainstreamed them in formal schools. Promoted & strengthened Self Help
Groups for self sustainability, empowered rural women through community
resource development activity.
• Working as a project director in NARI (NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR
RURAL INTEGRATION) IN Tirupati.
• Formed 6 Rhythmithra groups in Pulicherla mandal and given trainings on
dairy activities and linked with banks for getting loans with support of
NABARD.
• Conducted base line survey on Handcrafts with 604 members. Motivated and
formed 52 SHG’s in Pulicherla mandal and providing skill development
trainings to 625 SHG women on various livelihoods with the support of
NABARD and Mininistry of Textiles & Handicrafts.

2. Job Experience:
• Worked as a Grade I supervisor in Women and Child Welfare department
(ICDS) from June 2000 to June 2006. Improved nutrition & health status of
women & child, formed mother committees at village level and generated
awareness with regard to importance of pregnant women care, institutional
deliveries, nutrition, health status, immunization. Promoted Inshore Balika
Sangas with adolescent girls and strengthened by creating awareness on
reproductively, physical changes, and ill effects of child marriages, health &
hygiene. Participated in anti child marriages campaign in eastern part of the
Chittoor district and averted child marriages at maximum extent. The ICDS
centers are activated through quality services supplementary nutrition
regularly. Resulted nutrition level of the child and women is improved. Aware
on Child Rights and protected them by identify and rescued the child labor
from the work, identified orphan children and joined them in Sisuvihars at
Tirupati.
• Worked as Additional Program Officer (APO) in NREGA from July 2006 to April
2009.
• Worked as a Health & Nutrition District Resource Person in IKP-Urban,
MEPMA Project, Tirupati, and Chittoor District.
