This is a 3 stage helical gearbox with a planetary gear attached in final stage. Helical Gear box could be 35:1 ratio to 120: 1 Ration possible for minimum 25Kw to 5 Kw power rating while final stage is 3.3 Ratio, totally 115:1 to 375:1ratio gearbox is possible. The planetary gear RIM gear should be attached in to the drum for final torque delivery. Total Gearbox Center Distance is 550mm

Good Morning, I am Nagarajan from INDIA doing material handling
equipment manufacturing, supplying and exporting, I always used to dream
something innovative way to develop concepts and ideas in my field of
engineering
So for I have designed various components for the cranes, For example
gearboxes, Electrical wire rope Hoists, electrical safety circuits and accessories.
Among these, my Drum rope guide design, Cross pulling prevention
Mechanisms, hypocycloid limit switches are very famously accepted in my
colleagues organizations
This time I have developed micro headroom JIB crane, which has been
proposed to a customer, who long time has requested, Since they are operating
cargo goods transportation business, they have very tough time to load or
unload heavy parcels from the container lorry. Inside the container , headroom
clearance will be less than 10 feet, so any normal type Crane equipments cannot
handle this type of operations efficiently. Every time they would hire mobile
crane vechile to load/unload their goods, it is time consuming and costly too
I developed this idea and proposed them, by the way of implementing MICRO
HEAD ROOM hoist, All mechanical parts like motor, Gearbox, Drum, Guides
and Breaks are kept on rear side , While the boom and trolley along with hook
would extrude in to the container. It seems sounds and innovative, we are
waiting foe the clearance from their management to go ahead to produce.

Four-wheel steering (or all-wheel steering) is a system employed by some vehicles to improve steering response, increase vehicle stability while maneuvering at high speed, or to decrease turning radius at low speed.
Drivetrain was designed and manufacture in such a way that it provides good acceleration, top speed and is reliable on different terrains. To obtain an infinite range of gear ratios so as to obtain the highest torque and as well reach the maximum speed, a CVT along with a self-designed auxiliary reduction gearbox was incorporated. Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed.It is also Faster and more efficient way.
4. INTRODUCTION
The gear box is necessary in the transmission
system to maintain engine speed (or torque) at
the most economical value under all conditions
of vehicle movement.
An ideal gear box would provide an infinite
range of gear ratios, so that the engine speed
should be kept at or near that the maximum
power is developed whatever the speed of the
vehicle.
5. PURPOSE OF GEARBOX
Basically the gearbox serves three purposes:
● To multiply (or increase) the torque (turning effort) being
transmitted by the engine.
● To provide a means of reversing the vehicl.
● To provide a permanent position of neutral.
7. SLIDING MESH GEARBOX
Sliding mesh gearbox is a
transmission system that consists
of various sets of gears and shafts
that are arranged together in an
organised fashion and the shifting
or meshing of different gear ratios
is done by the sliding of gears
towards right and left over the
splined shaft with the help of a
gear lever operated by the driver.
8. CONSTANT MESS GEARBOX
A constant mesh gearbox is a type of
transmission in which all forward
gear pairs remain engaged.In a
constant mesh gearbox, all gears are
in mesh all the time.The constant
mesh gearbox is a type of manual
transmission in which the gears are
meshed or fixed to their positions.In a
constant mesh gearbox the gear
wheels remain engaged all the time.
9. SNCHROMESH GEARBOX
Synchromesh gearbox is a
modification of the constant mesh
gearbox for smooth gear changes.
The main difference between the
constant mesh gearbox and
synchromesh gearbox is that
synchronizer is used in place of
dog clutch in synchromesh
gearbox.In contsant mesh gearbox
lots of noise and vibration is
created during the gear changing
process.
