This person had to communicate with others working on related projects to ensure consistency across projects, such as using similar colors and appropriate sizes. Through successful communication, all projects used matching colors and were proportionally sized for the space. The group planned ahead of time what the final product would look like and were able to successfully complete everything on time with few complications for rehearsals.

Since my project was part of a bigger section I
had to stay in contact with others doing related
things such as the basketball set. I had to
communicate to ensure everything was
contextually correct such as colours and sizes.
Due to being successful in communications
everything was similar colours and proportional
to the space provided. We all planned before
hand how the final thing would look and we
successfully achieved it in the end with barely
any complications and on time for rehearsals.
