Accomplishments
 Evaluated the corporate levelofpreparedness forthe implementation of the Project Management Office
(PMO), defined an appropriate PMOmethodology,developed the projectmanagement tools,developedthe
training programand provided corporatewide training on the methodology and tools;
 Initiated a SeniorManagement Project Review Working Group whereby project requests were reviewed,
prioritized and scheduled by the SeniorManagement Team;
 Reengineered the Investor,Dealerand Broker Statement ofAccounts layout,contentand productionprocess,
thereby reducing production time to 3 weeks while saving approximately 30% on mailing charges and
reducing the rate ofreturned mail by over50%;
 Reengineered the TaxSlip production process andlayout such that we were able to meet the governmental
reporting deadlines while reducing the quantity ofamendments by over 35% and also reducing the rate of
returned mail by over50%;
 Managed the implementation on newfinancial products andadjustment to existing policies and proceduresas
dictated by the StrategicNova fundsprospectus;
 Managed the launch ofmulti-class funds formost ofthe corporate funds;
 Defined and implemented a business continuity plan forthe fund accounting department. The plan covered
the critical operations ofthe fund accountingdepartment and communications with the mutualfund industry
and regulators;
 Managed the upgrade ofthe fund and trust accounting application,including updating the existing policies and
procedures andimplementation ofnew modules;
 Managed the correctionoferroneous data in the backoffice systemthat was caused by a previous system
conversion upon the creation ofStrategicNova in September2000 and ensured appropriate regulatory
reporting and compliance;
 Managed the correctionofoperationaland otherprocessing errors;
 Managed the conversion ofthe BackOffice systemforall active and historicalinvestoraccounts.
