FutureLift Foundation NPC is 100% women led enterprise which offers Entrepreneurship
skills development programmes to the women and youth both in rural and peri- urban
areas.
We endeavor to deliver our services in partnership with accredited well-established
institutions in business management training. The method of delivery is class contact
facilitation and assessment thereafter providing continual support for our beneficiaries to
enable them to manage their lives and businesses with minimal supervision.
These services will entail personal mastery i.e. setting personal development plan,
innovative i.e. identifying natural material for Craft making, and critical thinking ie
Cultural change agent, entrepreneurship, creative leadership, train the trainer on Adult
business education and bespoke courses.

o Our Mission is :
o To identify suitable projects in Education, Agriculture, Sports, Arts
and Crafts and conduct entrepreneurship skills development.
o To partner with cultural leaders in rural and semi urban in
implementation of projects that are geared to improving the lives of
both women and youth.
o To collaborate with other organizations in some bespoke projects
that advocates for children’s well-being such as to go to school, have
access to nutritious meals, girl child attending school, children’s
hygiene, children mental health and protection.
o To collaborate in networks with similar vision in our country and
continent to in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals under
educating women and children.

FutureLift Foundation is led by qualified dynamic professional women with a wealth of workplace and entrepreneurship experience backed up
by passion and commitment for making a difference in people’s lives.
Tshepi Motloung – Founding Member / Director. MD Naledi Ya Tshepi (Pty) Ltd
BA Hons. Organisational Communications, Postgrad TMALI - Thought Leadership in African Context.
She is the founding director of FutureLift Foundation. She is also the Managing Director of Naledi ya Tshepi Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd. She
has worked in corporate organisations for 28 years and her recent role was quality control manager at a company based in Johannesburg.
She holds a BA Honours degree in Organisational Communications from UNISA. She also holds a postgrad Certificate in Thought Leadership in
African Context from TMALI -Thabo Mbheki African Leadership Institute.
She has recently been appointed in the role of SA Country Representative for Ateker International Development Organisation (AIDO) a nonprofit
making organisation, established by Ugandan Cultural groups (also supported by neighbouring countries in East Africa).
She held a role of consultant as International Relations for Non-Profit making organisation. She is a board member of Breakthrough Centre for
Vulnerable children in Katlehong. She is also a board member of Tulips Male Child Nonprofit making company.
She previously held volunteering roles which include Content Producer TV show on community TV station, Community Radio show host, personal
brand manager, Mentorship of youth particularly in the area of personal and leadership development. She also participated in establishing
Faith based organisation in SA Johannesburg with head office in United Kingdom.

Kgomotso le Roux – Director @ Futurelift Foundation
Bmus degree in Ethnomusicology – Wits University, Advanced Diploma in Business Project Management - University of Cape Town
Kgomotso is the CEO of Khwela Factory, singer, mbira player and songwriter. She has over 18 years, pursued a diversification of her career
experiences within the film, music and craft environment. In so doing, she executed various leadership roles supported by her love for learning
and determination to succeed in the long term.
Kgomotso has enjoyed managing projects for the Transnet Foundation, the Visual Arts Network of South Africa, State Theatre, the Department of
Arts and Culture, Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Music Festival, Proman (based in Luxembourg), Wastebusters (based in the UK),
PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ochre Media.
After university, she worked as an archive assistant then as a general administrator at the Southern African Music Rights Organisation (SAMRO).
Kgomotso resigned at SAMRO and became the director of IKS Consulting & Promotions where she worked as a booking agent, music producer
and managed international research projects for seven years.
In 2017, she launched her debut album, Unoyiwawa that is part of a merchandise program aimed at benefitting 7000 South African crafters.

Margaret Balazi - Director @ Futurelift
B.A. ed, B. Ed, ETDP and ABET Diploma, Masters in Ministry
Has worked as a Head of Division in Training and Education Services at Girls & Boys Town, a children’s home which is dedicated in
breaking barriers for young people in South Africa.
She has also been trained in Child and youth Care related, Behaviour Management and HIV/AIDS Courses, which enables her to work
comfortably with youth, Parents and Teachers within the communities. Prior joining Girls and Boys town, she worked as the Educator for 9
years and held the position of the Deputy Principal at Knowledge is Virtue Academy.
Margaret held a position of a Project Manager at an NPO called Living in Hope, where she would oversee the projects and manage
international funding and reporting thereof. My strengths lie mainly on imparting knowledge through mentoring, coaching and facilitation
within the communities.
In addition, she has served different Organizations in the capacities of Trustees at a board level as well as part of the Strategic committee
for more than 9 years where her Managerial and leadership skills were sharpened. She is currently involved in a local church, training Bible
college students who are either Pastors of their churches or aspiring to be ones. Margaret is very passionate in the areas of Community
development, Leadership, Teaching, Mentoring and Coaching.
