This document discusses the pros and cons of a photograph to use for a fashion spread in a teen magazine. Positives include that the model's clothing is clearly visible, he appeals to the target teenage audience, and there is space to include costume information. However, negatives are the shadows on the model and behind him, and that the model's position may not attract viewers. On balance, the photographer feels there is enough room to include details, and the low camera angle makes the model the focal point, outweighing the single disadvantage of shadows.

possible option to use
for my second Fashion
Spread. Firstly, there is
enough space/room to
put the costume
information for the
Fashion Spread.
Secondly, the model
himself attracts the
target audience as he
himself is part of the
target audience this is
aimed at (teenagers).
Thirdly, my model is
positioned in the
centre/middle of the
photograph. Lastly, all
clothes that my model
is wearing can be seen
by the target
audience.
However, there is one
disadvantage of the
photograph which is
the shadows on the
model and the shadow
shown behind him.

However, there are two disadvantages of the photograph. Firstly, the shadow of
the model as well as the other shadow shown behind him. Secondly, the Black V
Neck Shirt cannot be seen as a result of the Blue, Red and White Baseball Jersey
covering it.

angle shot, this camera technique makes the model look significant.
However, there is only one disadvantage of the photograph which is the
shadow of the model as well as the other shadow shown behind him.

of the model as well as the other shadow shown behind him and in my opinion,
the position of the model won’t appeal and attract the target audience.

6. Chosen Photograph- I have chosen this photograph to use for my second
Fashion Spread for numerous reasons. Firstly, there is loads of room/space to
put my costume information. Secondly, the use of a low angle shot makes the
model stand out more than anything else shown in the photograph including
the house, road and background.
