ones. They divide through mitosis and can only be found in organisms that are multicellular.
Mammals have two types off stem cells: embryonic stem cells which are obtained from the
internal cell mass of blastocysts and adult stem cells which are located in different tissues. In adult
organisms, progenitor cells and stem cells function as the repair system of the body which

Assessment System Prepared by the Lake County Township Assessors This report is intended for
informational purposes only. This report is not an endorsement of any alternative form of
assessment administration in Lake County. This report is also not intended to identify every
operational detail of the options described within. Any move to implement or further explore
options will require additional research. Introduction Lake County conducted an in house study
from March, 2014 to April, 2015 on the centralization of the property assessment system in Lake
County Illinois. The sole recommendation of Lake County was to eliminate local Township
Assessors and consolidate all assessment functions to Lake County. They proposed moving from
the current system of 18 locally elected Township Assessors with an appointed CCAO, to a
centralized system of one appointed county assessor who controlled the whole assessment process.
The study estimated that this centralized assessment process would result in a reduction of $4.4

historical figure, but through her character development, all sides of his personality, his work

My critical response will:

In A Streetcar Named Desire, men are the social groups represented with these roles alpha, beta,
omega. Males are portrayed as a big part in Tennessee s book, which shows the respect and rights
they hold. The men are shown this way to give off their looks and personality. The way things are
set up in the book shows the understanding of each male characters and where they stand.
The top dog Stanley is the alpha, Pablo and Steve are betas and Mitch is the omega. For
example,in the book the author writes, Stanley doesn t give me a regular allowance; he likes to
pay bills himself. (pg 78) . Making it seemed as if Stanley is the man and has it all under control .
The author wants the audience to know that Stanley has the money so he is the one in charge and
what he want has to be done, and done his way. But on the other hand the author introduces Mitch
as a very soft, awkward man that is a mamas boy .The book quotes, Hurry back and we ll fix you
a sugar tit. (pg 48). The quote refers that Mitch is as a man who can t do anything on his own
and he still is a baby and lives off his mom and has her do things for him. Tennessee used
different reference to show how the men are described in, A Streetcar Named Desire. Alphas are
always the first or leaders in the group. While betas back the alphas up and got their backs. And
last are omegas they are the loser. Betas are more anti and careless of what others care, they don t
care what others think. Steve and Pablo are kind and they try to not interfere in much of what goes
on which are characteristics of a beta. Stanley is forced, pinioned by the two men, into the
