Chen Lin went on a trip to Montreal with friends during the summer. The most impactful part of the trip was visiting Notre-Dame-de-Quebec Basilica-Cathedral, a famous church where Chen felt very sacred while praying. In 2010, Chen graduated from XIDIAN UNIVERSITY and had a memorable four years where he made lifelong friends who still keep in contact. After 16 years of education in China and obtaining his first diploma in music, Chen decided to study abroad in Canada at Centennial College to further his education.

It began as a public art project in 2014 and the partnership took over coordinating outdoor sites in 2018. Their goal is to encourage foot traffic downtown and remind residents of Franklin's history, like how it became the state bug. They have partnered with local groups and have 12 business and 13 cultural and historical sites planned. Installations will continue through 2022 with an unveiling planned for Spring 2022.
