This document summarizes an article on implementing data hiding in images using FPGA. It discusses using least significant bit (LSB) and discrete wavelet transform (DWT) to hide data in images. The methodology section explains how LSB and DWT are used to embed data. An algorithm is provided that takes secret data, hides bits in the LSB of image pixels using DWT, and extracts the data. Simulation results on Matlab and FPGA show the output images and received message. Analysis using MSE and PSNR shows DWT provides better image quality than LSB. The conclusion states steganography combined with cryptography can provide secure data transmission.
