• Thoroughly interview candidates consistent with detailed
criteria defined above.
• Identify those areas that will motivate the candidate to accept
a position, if offered, and/or potential obstacles to address in
order to obtain acceptance.

profile) for management review.
– Includes detailed summary of interview, resume

• Keep candidates informed on status of candidacy.

• Fortune of Hinsdale communicates with clients on candidate
motivations and potential road blocks to offer acceptance.
• We align closely with clients to address any issues and work with
candidate motivations during the interview and offer process.
• Fortune of Hinsdale assists clients in negotiating/structuring an offer
to encourage candidate acceptance.

Post-Offer, Pre-employment
• We maintain contact with candidates and clients to ensure a
successful start-date.
• FPC takes steps to ascertain the candidate’s vulnerability to counter
offers before and after offer acceptance and councils candidates on
their options.
• FPC follows through with candidates where possible to ensure
necessary actions are being taken by candidate and that any after
acceptance concerns are addressed.
