The importance of examining mathematical modelling concerns in the training of students in IT-related fields stems primarily from trends in the growth of the artificial intelligence sector, as well as modelling in general. It is now obvious that using mathematical models to investigate and anticipate diverse processes and conditions can greatly lower the cost of introducing new technologies and products, as well as the time it takes to implement and test them. This led us to the conclusion that students in the IT areas of training should be taught modelling approaches as well as how to pose modelling issues, analyse source data, and build interconnections in designing models. On the example of modelling the position of cellular base stations in residential areas, the article explores the broad concept of the formulation of the problem of mathematical modelling. The fundamental concepts of estimating are discussed, each of which can be elaborated on depending on the tasks at hand. KPIs and a system of indicators can be created based on the criteria and attributes chosen, and then used to solve various electromagnetic hazard analysis problems. At this time, we can only discuss the study's preliminary findings. At the time of writing, the research was still under progress. The findings, on the other hand, can be successfully used to educate students in IT-related fields mathematical modelling.

IoT has gained fine attention in several field such as in industry applications, agriculture, monitoring, surveillance, similarly parallel growth has been observed in field of WSN. WSN is one of the primary component of IoT when it comes to sensing the data in various environment. Clustering is one of the basic approach in order to obtain the measurable performance in WSNs, Several algorithms of clustering aims to obtain the efficient data collection, data gathering and the routing. In this paper, a novel AMHC (Adaptive MultiHop Clustering) algorithm is proposed for the homogenous model, the main aim of algorithm is to obtain the higher efficiency and make it energy efficient. Our algorithm mainly contains the three stages: namely assembling, coupling and discarding. First stage involves the assembling of independent sets (maximum), second stage involves the coupling of independent sets and at last stage the superfluous nodes are discarded. Discarding superfluous nodes helps in achieving higher efficiency. Since our algorithm is a coloring algorithm, different color are used at the different stages for coloring the nodes. Afterwards our algorithm (AMHC) is compared with the existing system which is a combination of Second order data CC(Coupled Clustering) and Compressive-Projection PCA(Principal Component Analysis), and results shows that our algorithm excels in terms of several parameters such as energy efficiency, network lifetime, number of rounds performed.

Prognosis health monitoring (PHM) plays an increasingly important role in the management of machines and manufactured products in today’s industry, and deep learning plays an important part by establishing the optimal predictive maintenance policy. However, traditional learning methods such as unsupervised and supervised learning with standard architectures face numerous problems when exploiting existing data. Therefore, in this essay, we review the significant improvements in deep learning made by researchers over the last 3 years in solving these difficulties. We note that researchers are striving to achieve optimal performance in estimating the remaining useful life (RUL) of machine health by optimizing each step from data to predictive diagnostics. Specifically, we outline the challenges at each level with the type of improvement that has been made, and we feel that this is an opportunity to try to select a state-of-the-art architecture that incorporates these changes so each researcher can compare with his or her model. In addition, post-RUL reasoning and the use of distributed computing with cloud technology is presented, which will potentially improve the classification accuracy in maintenance activities. Deep learning will undoubtedly prove to have a major impact in upgrading companies at the lowest cost in the new industrial revolution, Industry 4.0.

Cloud computing and the low power wide area network (LPWAN) network represent the key infrastructures for developing intelligent solutions based on the internet of things (IoT). However, the diversity of use cases and deployment scenarios of IoT in the different domains makes optimizing IoT-based cloud solutions a major challenge. The cloud solution’s cost increases with the increase in central processing unit (CPU) resources and energy consumption. The optimal use of edge material resources in industrial solutions will reduce the consumption of resources and thus optimize cloud infrastructure costs in terms of resources and energy consumption. The article presents the network and application architecture of an IoT monitoring solution based on cloud services. Then, we study the integration of IoT services based on application placement strategies on the fog cloud compared to the traditional centralized cloud strategy. Simulations evaluate the scenarios with the iFogSim simulator and the analyzed results compare the traditional strategy with the cloud-fog. The results show that cost and energy consumption in the cloud can be significantly reduced by processing the application at the end devices level with respect to the possible limit of CPU processing power for each IoT end device. Latency and network usage respect quality of service constraints in cloud-fog placement for this type of monitoring-oriented IoT application.

Furthermore, the difficulty encountered in performing measurements on these devices means we have to put more emphasis on the results obtained from theoretical characteristics. Modeling also allows new device structures to be rigorously investigated prior to fabrication. This paper reports a novel and innovative method of design and simulation of MEMS based inductor by the method of co-simulation.

The final cost of public school building projects, like other construction projects, is unknown
to the owner till the account closure. Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) is used in an attempt to
predict the final cost of two story (12 classes) school projects under lowest bid system of award
before work starts. A database of (65) school projects records completed in (2007-2012) are used to
develop and verify the ANN model. Based on expert opinions, nine out of eleven parameters are
considered to have the most significant impact on the magnitude of final cost. Hence they are used as
model inputs while the output of the model is going to be the final cost (FC). These parameters are;
accepted bid price, average bid price, estimated cost, contractor rank, supervising engineer
experience, project location, number of bidders, year of contracting, and contractual duration. It was
found that ANN has the ability to predict the final cost for school projects with very good degree of
accuracy having a coefficient of correlation (R) of (91%), and an average accuracy percentage of
(99.98%).

Rule Optimization of Fuzzy Inference System Sugeno using Evolution Strategy f...IJECEIAES
The need for accurate load forecasts will increase in the future because of the dramatic changes occurring in the electricity consumption. Sugeno fuzzy inference system (FIS) can be used for short-term load forecasting. However, challenges in the electrical load forecasting are the data used the data trend. Therefore, it is difficult to develop appropriate fuzzy rules for Sugeno FIS. This paper proposes Evolution Strategy method to determine appropriate rules for Sugeno FIS that have minimum forecasting error. Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) is used to evaluate the goodness of the forecasting result. The numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed optimized Sugeno FIS for several test-case problems. The optimized Sugeno FIS produce lower RMSE comparable to those achieved by other wellknown method in the literature.
Application of the Least Square Support Vector Machine for point-to-point for...IJECEIAES
In today's industrial world, the growing capacity of renewable energy sources is a crucial factor for sustainable power generation. The application of solar photovoltaic (PV) energy sources, as a clean and safe renewable energy resource has found great attention among the consumers in the recent decades. Accurate forecasting of the generated PV power is an important task for scheduling the generators and planning the consumption patterns of customers to save electricity costs. To this end, it is necessary to develop a global model of the generated power based on the effective factors which are mainly the solar radiation intensity and the ambient weather temperature. As a result of the wide numerical range of these parameters and various weather conditions, a large training database must be used for developing the models, which results in high-computational complexity of the algorithms used for training the models. In this paper, a novel algorithm for point to point prediction of the generated power based on the least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) has been proposed which can handle the large training database with a very fewer deal of computation and benefits from reasonable accuracy and generalization capability.

Internet-of-things (IoT) is one of the proliferated technologies that result in a larger scale of connection among different computational devices. However, establishing such a connection requires a fault-tolerant routing scheme. The existing routing scheme results in communication but does not address various problems directly linked with energy consumption. Cross layer-based scheme and optimization schemes are frequently used scheme for improving the energy efficiency performance in IoT. Therefore, this paper investigates the approaches where cross-layer-based schemes are used to retain energy efficiencies among resource-constrained devices. The paper discusses the effectivity of the approaches used to optimize network performance in IoT applications. The study outcome of this paper showcase that there are various open-end issues, which is required to be addressed effectively in order to improve the performance of application associated with the IoT system.

MODELING AND ANALYSIS OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS AND WHITE LATER THICKNESS IN WIRE-...IAEME Publication
White layer thickness (WLT) formed and surface roughness in wire electric discharge turning (WEDT) of tungsten carbide composite has been made to model through response surface methodology (RSM). A Taguchi’s standard Design of experiments involving five input variables with three levels has been employed to establish a mathematical model between input parameters and responses. Percentage of cobalt content, spindle speed, Pulse on-time, wire feed and pulse off-time were changed during the experimental tests based on the Taguchi’s orthogonal array L27 (3^13). Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that the mathematical models obtained can adequately describe performance within the parameters of the factors considered. There was a good agreement between the experimental and predicted values in this study.

Internet-of-things (IoT) is one of the proliferated technologies that result in a larger scale of connection among different computational devices. However, establishing such a connection requires a fault-tolerant routing scheme. The existing routing scheme results in communication but does not address various problems directly linked with energy consumption. Cross layer-based scheme and optimization schemes are frequently used scheme for improving the energy efficiency performance in IoT. Therefore, this paper investigates the approaches where cross-layer-based schemes are used to retain energy efficiencies among resource-constrained devices. The paper discusses the effectivity of the approaches used to optimize network performance in IoT applications. The study outcome of this paper showcase that there are various open-end issues, which is required to be addressed effectively in order to improve the performance of application associated with the IoT system.

MODELING AND ANALYSIS OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS AND WHITE LATER THICKNESS IN WIRE-...IAEME Publication
White layer thickness (WLT) formed and surface roughness in wire electric discharge turning (WEDT) of tungsten carbide composite has been made to model through response surface methodology (RSM). A Taguchi’s standard Design of experiments involving five input variables with three levels has been employed to establish a mathematical model between input parameters and responses. Percentage of cobalt content, spindle speed, Pulse on-time, wire feed and pulse off-time were changed during the experimental tests based on the Taguchi’s orthogonal array L27 (3^13). Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that the mathematical models obtained can adequately describe performance within the parameters of the factors considered. There was a good agreement between the experimental and predicted values in this study.

The study explores the reasons for a transgender to become entrepreneurs. In this study transgender entrepreneur was taken as independent variable and reasons to become as dependent variable. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire containing a five point Likert Scale. The study examined the data of 30 transgender entrepreneurs in Salem Municipal Corporation of Tamil Nadu State, India. Simple Random sampling technique was used. Garrett Ranking Technique (Percentile Position, Mean Scores) was used as the analysis for the present study to identify the top 13 stimulus factors for establishment of trans entrepreneurial venture. Economic advancement of a nation is governed upon the upshot of a resolute entrepreneurial doings. The conception of entrepreneurship has stretched and materialized to the socially deflated uncharted sections of transgender community. Presently transgenders have smashed their stereotypes and are making recent headlines of achievements in various fields of our Indian society. The trans-community is gradually being observed in a new light and has been trying to achieve prospective growth in entrepreneurship. The findings of the research revealed that the optimistic changes are taking place to change affirmative societal outlook of the transgender for entrepreneurial ventureship. It also laid emphasis on other transgenders to renovate their traditional living. The paper also highlights that legislators, supervisory body should endorse an impartial canons and reforms in Tamil Nadu Transgender Welfare Board Association.

VOICE BASED ATM FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED USING ARDUINOIAEME Publication
The prototype of a voice-based ATM for visually impaired using Arduino is to help people who are blind. This uses RFID cards which contain users fingerprint encrypted on it and interacts with the users through voice commands. ATM operates when sensor detects the presence of one person in the cabin. After scanning the RFID card, it will ask to select the mode like –normal or blind. User can select the respective mode through voice input, if blind mode is selected the balance check or cash withdraw can be done through voice input. Normal mode procedure is same as the existing ATM.

The human person is crucial in defining organizational leadership and fortunes in terms of challenges and opportunities and walking across both multinational and bilateral relationships. The growing complexity of the business world requires a great deal of self-confidence, integrity, communication, conflict and diversity management to keep the global enterprise within the paths of productivity and sustainability. Using the exploratory research design and 255 participants the result of this original study indicates strong positive correlation between emotional intelligence and effective human resource management. The paper offers suggestions on further studies between emotional intelligence and human capital development and recommends for conflict management as an integral part of effective human resource management.

The main objective of this study is to analyze the impact of aspects of Organizational Culture on the Effectiveness of the Performance Management System (PMS) in the Health Care Organization at Thanjavur. Organizational Culture and PMS play a crucial role in present-day organizations in achieving their objectives. PMS needs employees’ cooperation to achieve its intended objectives. Employees' cooperation depends upon the organization’s culture. The present study uses exploratory research to examine the relationship between the Organization's culture and the Effectiveness of the Performance Management System. The study uses a Structured Questionnaire to collect the primary data. For this study, Thirty-six non-clinical employees were selected from twelve randomly selected Health Care organizations at Thanjavur. Thirty-two fully completed questionnaires were received.

The goal of this study was to see how talent management affected employee retention in the selected IT organizations in Chennai. The fundamental issue was the difficulty to attract, hire, and retain talented personnel who perform well and the gap between supply and demand of talent acquisition and retaining them within the firms. The study's main goals were to determine the impact of talent management on employee retention in IT companies in Chennai, investigate talent management strategies that IT companies could use to improve talent acquisition, performance management, career planning and formulate retention strategies that the IT firms could use. The respondents were given a structured close-ended questionnaire with the 5 Point Likert Scale as part of the study's quantitative research design. The target population consisted of 289 IT professionals. The questionnaires were distributed and collected by the researcher directly. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to collect and analyse the questionnaire responses. Hypotheses that were formulated for the various areas of the study were tested using a variety of statistical tests. The key findings of the study suggested that talent management had an impact on employee retention. The studies also found that there is a clear link between the implementation of talent management and retention measures. Management should provide enough training and development for employees, clarify job responsibilities, provide adequate remuneration packages, and recognise employees for exceptional performance.

Globally, Millions of dollars were spent by the organizations for employing skilled Information Technology (IT) professionals. It is costly to replace unskilled employees with IT professionals possessing technical skills and competencies that aid in interconnecting the business processes. The organization’s employment tactics were forced to alter by globalization along with technological innovations as they consistently diminish to remain lean, outsource to concentrate on core competencies along with restructuring/reallocate personnel to gather efficiency. As other jobs, organizations or professions have become reasonably more appropriate in a shifting employment landscape, the above alterations trigger both involuntary as well as voluntary turnover. The employee view on jobs is also afflicted by the COVID-19 pandemic along with the employee-driven labour market. So, having effective strategies is necessary to tackle the withdrawal rate of employees. By associating Emotional Intelligence (EI) along with Talent Management (TM) in the IT industry, the rise in attrition rate was analyzed in this study. Only 303 respondents were collected out of 350 participants to whom questionnaires were distributed. From the employees of IT organizations located in Bangalore (India), the data were congregated. A simple random sampling methodology was employed to congregate data as of the respondents. Generating the hypothesis along with testing is eventuated. The effect of EI and TM along with regression analysis between TM and EI was analyzed. The outcomes indicated that employee and Organizational Performance (OP) were elevated by effective EI along with TM.

The asset quality of banks is one of the most important indicators of their financial health. The Indian banking sector has been facing severe problems of increasing Non- Performing Assets (NPAs). The NPAs growth directly and indirectly affects the quality of assets and profitability of banks. It also shows the efficiency of banks credit risk management and the recovery effectiveness. NPA do not generate any income, whereas, the bank is required to make provisions for such as assets that why is a double edge weapon. This paper outlines the concept of quality of bank loans of different types like Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of selected public and private sector banks. This study is highlighting problems associated with the role of commercial bank in financing Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME). The overall objective of the research was to assess the effect of the financing provisions existing for the setting up and operations of MSMEs in the country and to generate recommendations for more robust financing mechanisms for successful operation of the MSMEs, in turn understanding the impact of MSME loans on financial institutions due to NPA. There are many research conducted on the topic of Non- Performing Assets (NPA) Management, concerning particular bank, comparative study of public and private banks etc. In this paper the researcher is considering the aggregate data of selected public sector and private sector banks and attempts to compare the NPA of Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of public and private sector banks. The tools used in the study are average and Anova test and variance. The findings reveal that NPA is common problem for both public and private sector banks and is associated with all types of loans either that is housing loans, agriculture loans and loans to SMES. NPAs of both public and private sector banks show the increasing trend. In 2010-11 GNPA of public and private sector were at same level it was 2% but after 2010-11 it increased in many fold and at present there is GNPA in some more than 15%. It shows the dark area of Indian banking sector.
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF MECHANICAL AND TRIBOLOGICAL RELATION OF NYLON/BaSO4 POL...IAEME Publication
An experiment conducted in this study found that BaSO4 changed Nylon 6's mechanical properties. By changing the weight ratios, BaSO4 was used to make Nylon 6. This Researcher looked into how hard Nylon-6/BaSO4 composites are and how well they wear. Experiments were done based on Taguchi design L9. Nylon-6/BaSO4 composites can be tested for their hardness number using a Rockwell hardness testing apparatus. On Nylon/BaSO4, the wear behavior was measured by a wear monitor, pinon-disc friction by varying reinforcement, sliding speed, and sliding distance, and the microstructure of the crack surfaces was observed by SEM. This study provides significant contributions to ultimate strength by increasing BaSO4 content up to 16% in the composites, and sliding speed contributes 72.45% to the wear rate

Rural entrepreneurship is based on stimulating local entrepreneurial talent and the subsequent growth of indigenous enterprises. It recognizes opportunity in the rural areas and accelerates a unique blend of resources either inside or outside of agriculture. Rural entrepreneurship brings an economic value to the rural sector by creating new methods of production, new markets, new products and generate employment opportunities thereby ensuring continuous rural development. Social Entrepreneurship has the direct and primary objective of serving the society along with the earning profits. So, social entrepreneurship is different from the economic entrepreneurship as its basic objective is not to earn profits but for providing innovative solutions to meet the society needs which are not taken care by majority of the entrepreneurs as they are in the business for profit making as a sole objective. So, the Social Entrepreneurs have the huge growth potential particularly in the developing countries like India where we have huge societal disparities in terms of the financial positions of the population. Still 22 percent of the Indian population is below the poverty line and also there is disparity among the rural & urban population in terms of families living under BPL. 25.7 percent of the rural population & 13.7 percent of the urban population is under BPL which clearly shows the disparity of the poor people in the rural and urban areas. The need to develop social entrepreneurship in agriculture is dictated by a large number of social problems. Such problems include low living standards, unemployment, and social tension. The reasons that led to the emergence of the practice of social entrepreneurship are the above factors. The research problem lays upon disclosing the importance of role of social entrepreneurship in rural development of India. The paper the tendencies of social entrepreneurship in India, to present successful examples of such business for providing recommendations how to improve situation in rural areas in terms of social entrepreneurship development. Indian government has made some steps towards development of social enterprises, social entrepreneurship, and social in- novation, but a lot remains to be improved.
OPTIMAL RECONFIGURATION OF POWER DISTRIBUTION RADIAL NETWORK USING HYBRID MET...IAEME Publication
Distribution system is a critical link between the electric power distributor and the consumers. Most of the distribution networks commonly used by the electric utility is the radial distribution network. However in this type of network, it has technical issues such as enormous power losses which affect the quality of the supply. Nowadays, the introduction of Distributed Generation (DG) units in the system help improve and support the voltage profile of the network as well as the performance of the system components through power loss mitigation. In this study network reconfiguration was done using two meta-heuristic algorithms Particle Swarm Optimization and Gravitational Search Algorithm (PSO-GSA) to enhance power quality and voltage profile in the system when simultaneously applied with the DG units. Backward/Forward Sweep Method was used in the load flow analysis and simulated using the MATLAB program. Five cases were considered in the Reconfiguration based on the contribution of DG units. The proposed method was tested using IEEE 33 bus system. Based on the results, there was a voltage profile improvement in the system from 0.9038 p.u. to 0.9594 p.u.. The integration of DG in the network also reduced power losses from 210.98 kW to 69.3963 kW. Simulated results are drawn to show the performance of each case.

A MULTIPLE – CHANNEL QUEUING MODELS ON FUZZY ENVIRONMENTIAEME Publication
In this paper, we investigated a queuing model of fuzzy environment-based a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) and study its performance under realistic conditions. It applies a nonagonal fuzzy number to analyse the relevant performance of a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS). Based on the sub interval average ranking method for nonagonal fuzzy number, we convert fuzzy number to crisp one. Numerical results reveal that the efficiency of this method. Intuitively, the fuzzy environment adapts well to a multiple channel queuing models (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) are very well.

In these slides, we discuss how LinkedIn implements a powerful dynamic policy enforcement engine, called ViewShift, and integrates it within its data lake. We show the query engine architecture and how catalog implementations can automatically route table resolutions to compliance-enforcing SQL views. Such views have a set of very interesting properties: (1) They are auto-generated from declarative data annotations. (2) They respect user-level consent and preferences (3) They are context-aware, encoding a different set of transformations for different use cases (4) They are portable; while the SQL logic is only implemented in one SQL dialect, it is accessible in all engines.

1. INTRODUCTION
The effects of electromagnetic fields and radiation on the human body and other living species
have piqued the interest of experts all around the world for more than three decades. This issue
took on new significance at the turn of the twenty-first century, when the cellular
communications industry began to expand at a breakneck pace, making cell phones available
to a wider range of people, and as a result. The number of cell phone towers- base stations(BS)-
has rapidly increased in residential areas, that is, territories intended for land intended for the
construction of residential and public buildings, roads, streets, squares within cities and urban-
type settlements. On the one hand, mobile carriers are concerned with their positioning inside
the cellular network and other applications [1][2]. The solution to this problem is dependent on
a variety of factors, many of which are unrelated. The signal's quality and stability will be
determined mostly by how the BS is networked. However, this does not simplify the work of
mathematical modelling of BS placement to a simple geometric placement problem, as it may
appear at first glance. One of the most significant aspects to consider while placing the BS is
the degree of electromagnetic radiation. As a result, the architecture of placements is reduced
to a minimum number of BSs, maximum coverage of the needed coverage area, and maximum
subscriber access to the network, while reducing the impact on residential areas. This brings us
to the conclusion that early mathematical modelling of the level of exposure to electromagnetic
radiation on the population and workers in residential areas is both necessary and practical. It
is interesting to put the task of mathematical modelling of the position of cellular base stations
in residential areas in the context of training students in IT-areas of training. We chose it as a
real topic for scientific practical research since it is multifactorial and allows you to look at it
with varied initial data. The building of mathematical models is a vital educational practise in
the training of students in IT-related fields, as it builds the foundation for the algorithmic
thinking that they will need in their professional job. In the preparation of bachelors and masters
in IT-related fields of study, mathematical modelling receives a lot of attention. I ) Methodology
A mathematical model is a set of mathematical equations that reflect the relationship between
uantitative variables[3][5].The purpose of constructing a mathematical model is to produce a
model that depicts reality accurately but simply: student behaviour during the educational
process. Mathematical models are frequently used in science to describe and predict the nature
of events. Behavioral researchers develop mathematical models to convey descriptive thoughts
using mathematical concepts. Two of the most important advantages of building mathematical
models explaining theories are the verification of theoretical statements and the assessment of
the extent to which the models match empirical facts collected to explore a certain field of
study. Two requirements can be used to describe the BS layout in general [6]. The first is the
condition of minimizing the number of BS and, as a result, their total cost:
where Ci is the cost of the i-th station; Ki is the number of stations of the i-th type. The
second condition is the condition of maximum coverage of a given territory [1]:

where P (x, y) is the signal power at (x, y); (a, b)-coordinates of the deviation from the
point(x,y).
This condition assures that the average power in a 5 m radius zone does not fall below the
specified value. We provide this formula as is since the author in [6] set the target radius to 5
metres, but this radius can be altered and established depending on the provided criteria in the
interests of the computational model or any research.
2. RESULT
In this paper, we look at how to formulate the topic of mathematical modelling of cellular base
station deployment in residential areas for students in IT training in this work. This formulation
is due to the fact that most computer equipment emits its own, often significant, electromagnetic
radiation, which is an important element of the BS's location. Physiotherapeutic techniques, for
example, are commonly utilised in the treatment of a wide range of illnesses today [7]. An
electromagnetic field of a specified frequency and strength is used to accurately achieve the
therapeutic effects of several devices on the patient's body. As a result, medical facilities have
strict criteria for infrastructure, equipment operation, and treatment protocols.
The staff of physiotherapy departments (PEF) must undergo mandatory medical
examinations when they arrive at work, as well as periodic medical examinations once a year
and once every two years, depending on the frequency range of the device, according to the
order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of 12.05.2013 No 302n [8]. To meet
safety regulations, patients and FTO employees should be separated into cabins that are
insulated from each other and from the corridor with sufficient shielding material. According
to the same directive" There are extra booth size regulations in all three dimensions: height –
not less than 2.0 m; length – not less than 2, 2 m; and width – not less than 1.8 – 2.0 m." (The
width of the cabin must be at least 2.0 m for inductothermy, MKV-therapy, and UHF-generators
with a power of more than 200 W). Each cabin should only have one device and one patient.
"Any medical equipment used in the FTO must be certified by a certificate of conformity,
passport, and registration certificates, and must be regularly monitored for proper operation
(electrical connection, grounding, equipment serviceability), with documentary confirmation of
the test results (inspection report or mark maintenance log)." [7]. All of this emphasises the
importance of the task. Cross-electromagnetic radiation from neighbouring BS can have a
harmful impact on medical workers and even patients who attend on a frequent basis in such
cases. Continuous exposure can lead to the development of dangerous diseases of varying
severity. According to the findings, even brief exposure to electromagnetic fields above the
maximum permitted level might result in headaches, nausea, and other symptoms. awareness
turbidity [8, 9], [11].
According to Russian standards, base stations (BS) are "radio receiving and transmitting
objects emitting electromagnetic energy in the UHF range (500-1800 MHz)." "Against the
backdrop of a higher frequency of complaints of irritability, drowsiness or insomnia, headaches
pain, etc., among persons residing or working in residential areas in the immediate vicinity of
the BS, changes in the state of the nervous, cardiovascular, and neuroendocrine systems were
erased." As a result, when defining the boundaries of the so-called sanitary zone, the BS

installation necessitates measurements at multiple points, which are typically performed along
specific measurement paths (routes), and other permanent sources of electromagnetic radiation,
such as medical institutions, are considered.To simulate the impact, the area where the BSs is
mounted is divided into sectors, with each sector choosing a radial measuring trajectory with
respect to the item. A measurement point list is constructed. The need to reduce population
exposure at the sites where it exists, both within and outside the sanitary zone, as well as
duplicate radiation and cross-electromagnetic radiation, drives the creation of a register of
measurement points.
Consider the issue of locating the smallest number of BSs while considering topography
and population density in the area where the health care institution is located. We'll go over the
requirement for reducing the amount of BS in more detail:

This allows measuring the total cross-electromagnetic radiation in the residential area where
the health care facility is located. In this formulation, the task has a clear practical orientation,
which has a positive impact on the development of relevant competencies among students in IT
training fields. Many academics and practitioners have previously studied this issue, allowing
us to propose a formula for a pessimistic estimate of the average total intensity of
electromagnetic radiation generated at an observation point on the earth's surface by the entire
set of N BS cellular communications randomly located nearby.

Z∑BS is the overall EMF intensity [W / m2] produced by the BS at the observation site,
defined as the scalar sum of the power flux density BSi values of all N BS at the observation
point. HOP - height of the observation point above the surface; - BS radiation wavelength
LTBS is the electromagnetic load on the territory created by BS near the observation point,
measured in units of [W / m2]; BS is the mean territorial density of BS near the observation
point, measured in units of [BS / m2]; PeBS is the equivalent isotropically radiated power of
BS electromagnetic radiation. E∑BS denotes the overall intensity of electromagnetic radiation
in units of electromagnetic field intensity [V / m].Following receipt of the data, it is summed
by observation points with the obtained measurement values, and the result is already analysed
in terms of safety or harm to people's health in residential areas. Considering the availability of
publications [11], [14], and [16], The formula can be used to calculate the intensity of
electromagnetic radiation using published data and estimations of the electromagnetic burden
on the land caused by the cellular communication BS in the locations of these measurements
[6], [9], [14], [19]. It is best to take the maximum of the measured values after doing many (at
least three) independent measurements [20][21]. The method of measuring electromagnetic
field parameters is critical in the environmental monitoring of telecommunications firms and
necessitates increasing attention and careful planning [6], [9], [22],[26].
3. CONCLUSION
The challenge of optimal placement of the fewest number of BS is reduced to solving both
difficulties. The generated relationships can be utilised to solve problems using the simulation
method. Russia currently lacks a state framework for monitoring the electromagnetic
environment. Systematic observations are only performed on individual objects, and are used
less frequently in relatively big distinct residential areas. However, using the calculations in the
article and following the measuring process will allow you to simulate the radiation level even
before installing the BS near residential areas where there is a possibility of exceeding the
allowable level of electromagnetic radiation.
The organisation of current control in compliance with sanitary laws, followed by analysis
of the data collected in the format of mathematical models, will ensure the prevention of
hazardous and dangerous diseases of the population and individuals working in residential
areas. It would be preferable to do a preliminary investigation of the background
electromagnetic radiation in residential areas where BS installation is proposed. Unfortunately,
because it is not regulated at all at the legislative level, the majority of mobile operators rely
solely on geometric coverage metrics to maintain the quality of client service. It is not
commonplace for residents or staff of organisations located in residential areas to conduct an
expert assessment of the level of electromagnetic radiation, which indicates that standards have
been exceeded, at their own expense. As a result, the BSs are dissolved after lengthy litigation,
causing significant harm to mobile operators. The implementation of a cellular base station
location model near various areas will, first and foremost, protect public health.
In addition, reduce the costs associated with BS installation breaches. In terms of the
educational component of the problem of mathematical modelling of cellular base station
position in residential areas for students of IT-training areas, the practice-oriented nature of this
job, as well as its research worth, is significant. When we look at professional standards in
information technology, as well as the relevant GEF, we can see that mathematical modelling,
the capacity to synthesise and explain data, and the ability to parameterize are among the
important competences expected of current specialists in this sector.
