Foothill College implemented IntelliResponse in March 2011 to provide a self-service knowledge base for students. IntelliResponse allows students to get answers to their questions 24/7 through multiple channels like the website, mobile apps, and traditional phone calls. Since launching IntelliResponse, the ASK Foothill website has received almost 5,000 hits per week, allowing prospective students to self-serve and helping Foothill College improve the student experience.
