This document introduces the Konverv Employee Connect mobile app, which is designed to improve internal communication and engagement within organizations. The app allows companies to send messages to employees about things like birthdays, surveys, achievements, health reminders, dress codes, travel advisories, and feedback. It also features analytics to monitor employee sentiment, the ability to share photos and classifieds, and conduct surveys. Research is cited showing the growing importance of enterprise mobile apps. Konverv aims to reimagine how employees connect through consolidated, mobile-based communication and resources.
