This document provides guidance on product packaging and marketing for AIESEC. It recommends focusing marketing efforts on peak periods in June-August and December-February. It outlines a backwards planning process to set recruitment and realization goals. A 3-step process is presented: 1) Define the product by focusing on issues and destinations, 2) Package the product by developing brands, taglines and implementation plans, and 3) Execute sales through a marketing campaign with clear roles and timelines. Local committees should have recruitment, support and realization phases defined in their implementation timelines. Overall branding, targeting the right audiences and having a well-structured process are emphasized for effective product packaging and marketing.
