The Masters Degree in Strategic Communication at IULM University allows students to gain core skills in important areas of corporate communication such as business, management, and strategic communication. The program is taught by both Italian and international professors and offers students the opportunity to study for a semester at University of Arts London. An advisory board of communication directors and executives from major Italian and multinational companies supports the course. The degree prepares graduates for careers as strategic communication managers, global reputation managers, communication specialists, and stakeholder relationship managers.

1. STRATEGIC
COMMUNICATION
MASTERS DEGREE IN
The Masters Degree in Strategic Communication allows students to gain core skills for the
most important areas of corporate communication. Students will be able to develop business
and managerial competencies in strategic communication.
The Faculty is composed both by Italian Professors with significant foreign teaching experien-
ce and by relevant visiting Professors from international Universities, which have developed
excellent study programs in strategic communication.
In particular, the Masters Degree is developed in collaboration with the College of Commu-
nication of the University of Arts London (UAL) and it will offer students the possibility to at-
tend a semester at UAL. Other international partnerships will be activated with European and
non-European Universities.
The Masters Degree benefits from an Advisory Board, that includes communication directors
and executives of Companies like Assolombarda, ASSOREL, Badenoch & Clark, Barilla, Bayer,
Brembo, Campari, Coca Cola Company, Milan Bishopric, ENEL, ENI, Ferpi, Ferrero, Huma-
nitas, Intesa San Paolo, Ketchum, Lavazza, Mediobanca, Pastificio Rana, Pirelli, Reputation
Institute, Roche, Samsung, Sisal Group, Vodafone, Weber Shandwick.
The members of the Advisory Board support the course as professors, providing insights and
leading group works both in class and at their own companies. The teaching method has a
strong practical slant and is project-based: classes will be characterized by class discussions
about readings and case studies, by business games and role-plays in order to enhance the
organizational and managerial dynamics knowledge.

having strong skills in specialist techniques of Communications, also have a strategic vision of

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree with at least 60 ECTS in Communication studies, Economics, Statistics, Sociology, Psychology
or equivalent)
Proof of English proficiency (B2 level) is required: e.g. IELTS 5-6.5, TOEFL iBT 87-109, or at least 12 credits in
English language modules.
Applicants with the above mentioned qualifications will be invited for an admission interview in order to evaluate
the level of competencies.
TUITION FEES FOR 2017/2018
