    •    Platform Set Up
             o    5 days
             o    Customer requirements to meet this time frame are:
                       1. Complete and return “Delivery and Setup Questionnaire”
                       2. Set up DNS for FROM/BOUNCE/TRACKING domains
                       3. Coordinate/provide dates available for WhatCounts platform training


    •    Onboarding/SmartStart Program
             o    30 days
             o    Implementation Manager as primary contact


    •    Delivery Ramp Up Time/Sending Email
             o    Can take up to 30 days or more, depending on volume, frequency and health of
                  subscriber list
             o    Requirements:
                       1. Creative content ready (HTML and/or plain text)
                       2. List of subscribers — clean data and ready for import
                       3. Additional customization complete (subscription forms, landing pages,
                           preference center, welcome messages, etc.)
