    •    Known internally at WhatCounts as “Remote Broadcaster”
    •    Hardware purchased from WhatCounts, but is hosted in                OPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL
         customer’s datacenter                                               SERVICES:
                                                                             • Account Management
    •    Customer responsible for procuring bandwidth (IP
                                                                             • Campaign Production
         addresses)
                                                                             • Creative Design
    •    Customer responsible for procuring necessary rackspace,
                                                                             • Delivery Consultation
         power and additional items as necessary for hosting
                                                                             • Project Management
    •    Customer pays for WhatCounts software license, in
                                                                             • Strategy
         addition to support and maintenance fees
    •    Maintenance cycle scheduled with customer as needed




SMARTSTART PROGRAM – INCLUDES
    •    Coordination of hardware purchase and installation
    •    Platform and IP addresses set up
    •    Full acceptance testing of platform functionality
    •    Authentication/DNS set up assistance for customized domains to be used
    •    Delivery Testing to ensure email authentication is correct and establish baseline delivery
    •    Whitelisting and Feedback loop applications submitted on your behalf
    •    90 minute platform training session and follow up support
    •    Tips on delivery best practices (does not include any formal delivery services or
         customized IP warm up plan)
    •    Warm handoff to Technical Account Manager at completion of program

TIMELINES – EXPECTATIONS
    •    Platform Set Up
             o    30 days (to order/receive from Dell, build hardware, install WhatCounts
                  software, and ship to you)
             o    5 days (for installation in remote datacenter and acceptance testing)
             o    Customer requirements to meet this time frame are:
                       1. 50% payment (or other as specified in contract, before hardware will be
                           ordered)
                       2. Complete and return “Delivery and Setup Questionnaire”
                       3. Provide networking information for broadcaster
                       4. Set up DNS for FROM/BOUNCE/TRACKING domains, and others as
                           needed
                       5. Coordinate/provide dates available for WhatCounts platform training


    •    Onboarding/SmartStart Program
             o    30 - 60 days
             o    Implementation Manager as primary contact


    •    Delivery Ramp Up Time/Sending Email
             o    Can take up to 30 days or more, after hardware/software is installed, depending
                  on volume, frequency and health of subscriber list
             o    Requirements:
                       1. Creative content ready (HTML and/or plain text)
                       2. List of subscribers — clean data and ready for import
                       3. Additional customization complete (subscription forms, landing pages,
                           preference center, welcome messages, etc.)

CLIENT-HOSTED BROADCASTER FLEXIBLE DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS CLIENT-HOSTED BROADCASTER – FACTS • Known internally at WhatCounts as “Remote Broadcaster” • Hardware purchased from WhatCounts, but is hosted in OPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL customer’s datacenter SERVICES: • Account Management • Customer responsible for procuring bandwidth (IP • Campaign Production addresses) • Creative Design • Customer responsible for procuring necessary rackspace, • Delivery Consultation power and additional items as necessary for hosting • Project Management • Customer pays for WhatCounts software license, in • Strategy addition to support and maintenance fees • Maintenance cycle scheduled with customer as needed SMARTSTART PROGRAM – INCLUDES • Coordination of hardware purchase and installation • Platform and IP addresses set up • Full acceptance testing of platform functionality • Authentication/DNS set up assistance for customized domains to be used • Delivery Testing to ensure email authentication is correct and establish baseline delivery • Whitelisting and Feedback loop applications submitted on your behalf • 90 minute platform training session and follow up support • Tips on delivery best practices (does not include any formal delivery services or customized IP warm up plan) • Warm handoff to Technical Account Manager at completion of program Copyright © 2012 WhatCounts, Inc. 3630 Peachtree Rd. CLIENT-HOSTED BROADCASTER TIMELINES – EXPECTATIONS • Platform Set Up o 30 days (to order/receive from Dell, build hardware, install WhatCounts software, and ship to you) o 5 days (for installation in remote datacenter and acceptance testing) o Customer requirements to meet this time frame are: 1. 50% payment (or other as specified in contract, before hardware will be ordered) 2. Complete and return “Delivery and Setup Questionnaire” 3. Provide networking information for broadcaster 4. Set up DNS for FROM/BOUNCE/TRACKING domains, and others as needed 5. Coordinate/provide dates available for WhatCounts platform training • Onboarding/SmartStart Program o 30 - 60 days o Implementation Manager as primary contact • Delivery Ramp Up Time/Sending Email o Can take up to 30 days or more, after hardware/software is installed, depending on volume, frequency and health of subscriber list o Requirements: 1. Creative content ready (HTML and/or plain text) 2. List of subscribers — clean data and ready for import 3.
