The fur coat represents society's greediness and desire to wear animal skins without concern for consequences. The subject clinging to the coat also represents how humans exert control over animals and do not believe they should be free.

1. This image is a long-medium shot of the subject the
competition of this image is crucial as I believe you need to
assume that the audience are able to see what your
message is. For instance I made sure that the fur was
covering the bottom 3rd of the image, which is half of the
image, making the fur and the subjects face the main focus
of the image and not in the background of the image. This is
because the idea which I have decided to used for this
project involves animal skins and I believe that fur is the
largest type of animal skins thus I wanted the fur coat to be
the largest component of my image. The subject is also
clinging on to the coat with her hands which represents
society's greediness and no matter what the consequences
they will still want to wear the animal skin. It also, I feel,
represents that human beings have so much control over
animals and believe that they own them and to some extent
believe that they should not be free.
