Jared and Annette Barker, who reside in Green Bay, Wisconsin, started coaching individuals in the TLS weight loss program in April 2012 after adopting the lifestyle themselves in January 2012. Their clients reported eating more and enjoying healthy foods while losing weight and feeling great. Jared lost 24 pounds and 10% body fat from September to December 2012. The TLS program focuses on low glycemic eating, behavior modification, increasing muscle mass through exercise, and optional weight loss supplements. Coaches help clients create meal plans and use tools on the TLS website and app to track progress.
